Best Prime Rib in the Grand Valley! I had the Prime Rib dinner served with baked potato, fresh green beans and complimented my... meal with a glass of Merlot. The Prime Rib was juicy, tender and a perfect medium rare. The entire meal was cooked toperfection! We arrived on a Saturday evening at 6:15pm and was seated immediately. We had an omelet with hashbrowns and a pancake. And a short stack pancakes. All very good. Omelet was so so delicious. Lots of... flavor and huge. The pancakes are great as well. I was surprised to see a few recent mediocre reviews because we had a great dinner here! It wasn't the best food I've ever had... or a place I would tell people they HAVE to visit, but it definitely hit the spot. Reviews are relative ???????. We happened tohit up Strayhorn after a 7 hour drive. So to have ice water, a very sweet, attentive waitress, and some comfort food wasawesome! We haven't been here for about a year due to inconsistencies each time we visited. We noticed tonight on Google that there were... new owners so we decided to give it a try. The meal was delicious. We had the porterhouse steak which was cooked perfectly rareas we requested. The old fashioned was done perfectly and the margarita was great as well.
