I will not be returning to this A&W I was told it was going to be 15 minutes for my cheese curds and two orders of chicken... strips I understand that they have to be cooked but I waited in their drive-thru line with only two vehicles in front of me for42 minutes also I asked and paid for extra barbecue sauce and was not given any at all and had to ask for it there are nonapkins in my bag and the workers were serving the food as they were touching their face and their hair with no gloves on I willnever go back!! Burgers were good but, have been tasting bad for last couple weeks, fries, chicken potato bowls, mac N cheese bowls and KFC... chicken has been satisfactory. Burgers taste as though they been sitting out and soured a little, we eat there at least 3 timesa week cause its quick and close by. I would recommend all others but the burgers .... Read more
Just came through the drive through about 10 minutes ago, we got our two meals and our bread was moldy!!! Not sure if you're... that hard up on money that you can't supply customers with fresh bread, maybe the employees need better training? All of theresponses from them are the same copied and pasted...truly sad. Needless to say we will not be going back! Read more
Quite possibly my worst experience at A&W ever. The two in charge of the order decided to free wheel in the parking lot while... the other two tried to piece it together. Still managed to make it home without a drink and a burger. Good effort everyone. Read more
Went in for burgers. The meat was not good. Had a terrible smell to it. Tables were dirty also. They did offer us a refund or... new burgers, which was good. We declined and told them we just wanted them to know about our experience. Read more
The food was decent. The value was not. My fries were about 1/2 full, but tasted good. When I asked for mayo on my burger the... girl said "it already has it on it", when in fact, it did not. All of the tables in the dining room were dirty while the girltaking orders for dine in customers was just leaning against the wall waiting for people to come in and order, she could havecleaned the tables. The cleanliness just isn't there. I might also add, than when someone, especially a customer says thank youwhen given their order, it would be polite to say "you're welcome" Read more
Perhaps if someone wiped down tables and swept once in a while the flys wouldn't be quite so thick!
