The combined incompetence of the staff is truly something to behold. Not once have I gone through the drive-thru and not had to... immediately park & walk in to get my order fixed. I'm not talking "forgot to put it in the bag" type mistakes but forgot to evenprepare in the first place. I'm not one to over criticize a server's performance because I get it, stuff happens but I cannotcomprehend how, where or why they've managed to gather as many people of that caliber to staff that restaurant. What has happened to the food industry? No One cares what the integrity of the food they are serving any more the prices keep... getting higher and the quality of food is so poor. When did everyone stop caring. we just pay good money for less than mediocrefood. And we just except it instead of demand better quality, this chain as well as others has gone down hill especially overthe past two years. Read more

09/09/2022 @ 5:40 pm. Walked in to the lobby. There was an older couple getting their order taken and another lady in front of... us, there to pick up a doordash order. The very young kid taking the order took the older couples order, then walked away fromthe counter and started making food. There was another teen working at the fryer. Another taking window orders. There was atleast 2 more workers in the back, one of them, sitting at a desk, playing on his phone. After about 3-4 minutes, the windowworker came over to update the doordash lady. No one acknowledged my group of 3 or another couple behind us waiting at thecounter to have our orders taken, after about another 2-3 minutes, the doordash lady attempted to get one of the workers toacknowledge us standing there, even though all 3 of the workers looked at us and never said a word. Another 2 minutes went byand the window worker finally walked over and said it would be a minute. Finally, after about 30-45 seconds, the one that wassitting at the desk, playing on his phone, got up and came out front. I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was themanager. I let him know this kind of service is unacceptable and we left at 5:50 pm. The elderly couple that was behind us,left about a minute earlier, not happy they were ignored as well. Don't waste your time here, very poor customer service.Apparently no who works there cares to take your order or acknowledge your patronage. Read more

I have been there a total of about 6 times since they opened, and each and every time they have got my order wrong, they even... got my replacement order wrong the one time I bothered to call and have them make it right, I decided to give them one lastchance, and to no surprise at all, they got my order wrong, at least I did get everything I paid for this time, just the wrongdrinks, the sandwiches were as usual cold, and the drive thru was as usual very slow. I can't recommend this particular jack inthe box to anyone that enjoys getting fresh food, and all the food you payed for, or as you ordered it, also the lettuce on mytacos was so old I couldn't even eat them. Overpriced! I ordered mini tacos and was told they were out of sour cream and was offered creamy avocado sauce, but never... received it with my order. There was a puddle of grease in the bottom of the box, as well as burnt food bits. Read more

This is the 4th time my husband and I have been to this Jack in the Box. It will probably be our last. The food at this... location just isn't that good. Today, we got Jumbo Jack meals. The burgers were barely bigger than sliders with silver dollarsized tomato slices, a piece of lettuce, and about a dime sized spot of mayonnaise. The meat was tasteless. Even the frieswere cold and bland! We got one napkin in the bag, no straws, and no receipt. Not a good experience. Read more

One star for kind employees. I was very disappointed tonight when I took my kids for burgers. I ordered a #5, #7, the cluck and... something that had a hashbrown on it. Also had fries, onion rings and mini churros. I always check my kids' food before givinfit to them and this time Im glad I did. The patties on the #5 and #7 were dry and hard. The cheese was still cold if thats anyindication of how cold thw patties were. The buns were flaking and stale. Ths cluck was cold as well. I was so embarrassed toask them to remake the food, but I couldnt make my kids eat dry stale burgers. I knocked on the door and a young man listened tomy complaint and said he would have them remade. I knew I should have just given the food over and asked for a refund but ithought maybe it was an honest mistake and they would do better the 2nd time. No. The second set were just as dry and cold asthe first ones. It looked like the burgers had been cooked that morning and sat out all day to be reheated later. I was verydisappointed. My kids did their best to choke the food down but I could hear the disappointment in each dry bite. Even the cluckwas sadly assembled. All the pickles were in a pile and the smallest squirt of whatever dressing they use was stuck underneath.How hard is it not to put each pickle right on top of the next, really? Why is that even an issue? Regardless, we wont go back.This isnt the first time we had a horrible burger from that location so It seems like its a consistent issue. Corporate, this isa direct reflection of your laziness. Ive seen the other reviews your customers have left. You need to educate your Managementbetter so they can train their employees adequately. If you don't, you'll have to shut this location down. No one will eat herewhen they have better options less than 2 minutes away. Read more

Website says it?s open 24 -7 and yet when I went to get food they turned me away . Seemed kinda odd considering all the lights... were on including the drive thru menu and had multiple staff working . Little update 11/6/21 Tonight we ordered food again andthis is what we received. The entire bag a food looked as though it was dipped into the fryer oil . The tacos were just a pileof mush . The bottom of the bag was so full of oil that it completely fell apart and when my wife went back to ask them to fixit they were closed by 10pm just minutes after we got our food and everyone was gone. Terrible service . We asked for sauce andthey said ? it?s in the bag ? guess what , absolutely no sauces unless they are counting the quart of fryer oil as sauce! Thefood was not even the slightest bit edible , considering the rappers were infused into the food . Read more
