Saturday, September 17th. It was 0330 when I got up to take a shower and a bus full of women had just pulled up and they were... ready to do the same. Yes, that's my luck. Yet, for my surprise, Sam, Tina and the dude cleaning the showers were rolling hardto keep the boat at float. They had food stocked, no lines at the cashier and were flipping showers left and right. With smiles,politeness and professionalism. This store is lucky to have such dedicated workers! Sam and Tina's customer service is superb,they should be working at a Hyatt or a Marriott not overnight at a truck stop. Management: y'all should value them! So eventhough this had every ingredient to be a bad start of a day, these people totally did it for me. Thank you guys! The only reasonwhy this is not a perfect review is because the shower water was ridiculously hot. I probably no longer hold the ability tobecome a father after this one... Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a DUMP. The bathrooms are disgusting, food is scarce, and waiting... times for showers are ridiculous. There?s a loves not far MAKE THE TRIP cause this place is highly unrecommended in my book andI?m not for one to write reviews EVER but this has got to be the worst trick stop I?ve been to and that says a lot because I?veseen some pretty bad ones but this one takes the cake for ALL AROUND worst. I enjoyed this stop on my way to camp with my family. The bathrooms were very clean and this stop is one of the cleanest I've... seen so far. I mean this is the first time I've seen actual workers behind you cleaning the coffee area where you serve and addsugar to your coffee. It felt pretty good to see how neat they keep up this place. I brought a delicious pretzel, coffee, greenshake, hot chocolate, and some chips and we all were satisfied with the service and food... If you happen to be passing by makethis stop you will be satisfied!!! Read more
Don't bother paying for parking before you actually get in a reserved spot. You'll be screwed when you get here, "Prime" parking... doesn't mean anything at this Flying J. Also hot food was old and there was trash piled at fuel island. Won't be running out ofhours at this fine establishment again Read more
