I had terrible experience at this chipotle location .I been there on sept,29 at around 6:30-7:00 PM. First the employees right... there was rude and unprofessional. I had my bowl ready for dine in and I asked for a tray for my order but the lady on thecounter said no we don't have it. I said ok and move to grab some paper napkins. The entire shelf was empty. I asked for spoonand again the lady said we don't have it. then I asked for napkins but the dude right there just ignore me. I asked 3 times andhe just looked at me and start chit chat with other people. I had to go to the counter and asked him 4th time and he gave me badlook. I was so mad at the time but I have family with me. The behavior of the staff is ridicules. If you don't have anything whyyou even open the location. I used my rewards that day and that was wastage. Hello, I did an online order for pick up and they gave me a really bad customer service. The order had to be ready at 4:40 and... they made me wait 20 min until I ask for them to start making my online order because I was late. The plates where not evenproperly served (small portions) and the rice was raw. The lady on the register with blue hair then got my items in the bag andtrow them at front of me saying "here is your oder". I asked for the manager to get her name and the manager said they are notallowed to give out names for personal privacy ????. Worse customer service I will not be going to that chipotle again. If you are looking for catering, do not select this location. For the third time in a row, they have not had our order ready by... the selected pick up time. We waited for almost an hour for the order to be completed, which then altered the time of our event.They can't seem to handle making more than 10 burritos at a time, so avoid them for catering. Chipotle is a good place, however if looking for a place to work and or eat I would not recommend this location. The GM: Gerardo... Espitia, and SM: Miguel Mendoza Jr. + Samuel Feitlin not only bullied me to the point of bodily harm, but abused their power intheir position as well as , their relationship with those who are in higher position, Avinash Singhal and Aurelio Romero Silva,to help them get away with their inappropriate behavior. Even after reporting the bullying to higher ups, they did nothing andstill allowed the bullying to continue even after showing evidence of their acts. Even so far to make fraud reports. Whoever closed lastnight were the laziest rudest bunch of people. My husband went to get my family dinner at about 9pm ( he got... off work late) and when he walked in, no one wanted to help him, finally when he was ordering, they were out of chips, salsa,corn salsa, and cheese. I find this very hard to believe since that's all they sell there! Also they were looking on closing upalready even though they don't close until 10pm. I usually don't complain about food and I love chipotle but the start putting small portions so that you can ask for extra Meat.... ( extra Meat is equal to the small portion. ) I don't know if it's because of the pandemic but I'm not coming back to the store. Read more

I love chipotle and come here for lunch to get a burrito. Recently I noticed that they have been very inconsistent with the... sizes of the burritos. The burrito on the left in the photo is the size that I'm used to. Today I went to pick up my order andfound the smaller burrito on the right in my bag. This has been happening now about half the times that I go there. I don'treally understand why there would be such a huge difference so often and it makes me feel like I'm not getting my money's worthwhen it happens.
