The worst chipotle I ever experienced. Everything charges extra and the server is just rude and seems constipated. The... unbelievable staff services should never let the customer endure for purchase. Period. If you don't allow an adult to purchase akid meal , you should specify , then don't charge me $11.60 for a kid meal of &5.80 . I did not order extra . You charge me forthe drinks and chips that are included in your menu. Not only you charge me more than you supposed to. Your rolling eyes ofevil said it all. The girl helping us, the receipt says her name was Geovana, did an excellent job and this review is for her. It was around... closing time and they were busy. She was working hard to help everyone. You could tell she actually cared. We were the lastcustomers of the night and she was kind & accommodating to us. Shout out to Geovana for being a good employee. Food wasexcellent too. Read more

If I can I will give this place 0 stars, I had the worst experience at this chipotle. I waited in line with my family for at... least 10 mins. Chipotle is a little stingy with their servings but this place is really stingy. We had two orders one in personand another online, if you place an order online its to avoid lines right? Just a quick grab and go? No ? we had to check inorder for them to make the food. That was another 15+ mins, and they still missed up our order! And we spent another 10 minswaiting in order for them to remake my order. This location is disgusting. They need a good power wash outside and inside is horrible, they have no pride in their workplace.... No one is cleaning, food droppings are everywhere. Staff is rude and clearly has no training in customer service. If childorders guac as 3rd choice on kids meal it costs extra so consumer should be notified that this choice is an extra fee. So theyshould be given 3 choices plus the extra not two and the guac. You are ripping people off. If wearing a mask speak clearly andloudly. The best thing about Chipotle, is the recipes and ingredients are so simple, you can make it and improve it at home. In doing... so, you avoid walking into the restaurant to deal with a bunch of rude and miserable employees. I do not care for this location. Have been there a total of four times and the service is always lacking in some way. They are... always low or out of some ingredients and you have to beg them to give you a normal portion of food. Last week was my last visitto this poorly managed location. They put about quarter cup of white rice, normal portion of black beans, normal portion of thecheese that you pay extra for, normal portion of pico de gallo and approximately two tablespoons of barbacoa. They were out offajita mix and the chips seemed wet and chewy. Always feels like they skimp on ingredients.
