NO menus, and they will only take one credit card per table. EVERY point of sale system is capable of splitting checks. Even... bad restaurants can do that. I'll never recommend this place again. Our server was great. But, they've decided the Pandemicis a great reason to get super cheap and make the customer do everything. They can't afford paper for their printer, or to paysomeone to wipe down the laminated menus. So you'll have to review everything on your phone. Maybe next they'll have you busyour own tables too? At these prices you can afford to print some paper menus. Stop being lazy and do your job. We're payingfor service. I guess you've forgotten that. Read more

I?ve been to 2 different locations now. I was satisfied with the quality of the meat and sides that came out. Everything seemed... nice and fresh. Our server was wonderful and came to check up on us many times throughout our dining time. The quantity ismoderate per each dish you order however that is helpful in managing waste. Since this is an all you can eat you can alwaysorder more if the first portion wasn?t enough. Grill changes were frequent to keep our cooking experience nice as well.Lagunitas IPA Pitcher my first try was wonderful. Tarty and flavorful with a nice subtle punch kicking in after your firstglass. A pitcher is good for 4 glasses and after 3 I had my dining partner finish the final glass. Little pricey but good food. Burner went out so was good 10+ mins before got back on. That was only issue.
All you can eat. Kind of bigger than average and fairly chonky portions. The Gen premium chadol was stand out flavour-wise.... Super basic, and maybe somewhat unconventional banchan offerings, but what there was, satiating. Pretty satisfied! March 2022 Read more
First time at Gen Korean BBQ. I have to say the service was exceptional. I do have to say the food was just OK. It just wasn't... for me. My family enjoyed it and the place was absolutely packed. The short rib was my favorite. The brisket and pork bellywere ok. I know there is a lot of fans of Korean BBQ, just doesn't do it for me. Read more
Food is fine but overall not the best location. the host was a bit rude and even though we received the text message as we were... standing there we still had to go the back of the line to wait to get seated. The text states you have to check in within 5minutes and the line took 10. So that was odd. It?s a busy place sure, but i?ve been to smaller, busier locations, with fasterand better service, that made the waits worth it. I would have been willing to excuse a lot of the poor service but we couldn?teven get water refills and had to ask three times before being told they were out of cups. Fine, totally understandable I guessbut that should have been communicated before I had to ask three times. Personally, I did enjoy the portion sizes, they werejust right to be able to sample more meats and not over eat but at the end of the day it?s not worth it for the price.
