Bad one time experience. Placed large togo order online. They had a computer failure and order was canceled. When arriving to... pick up was told of the issue. i ordered online for pick up. When i went inside, i told the employees that i ordered through online and they told me to go to... the pick up area to pick up my food. When I went to the pick up area, the employees were just staring at me and moving back inforward. I tried to get their attention by saying hello, but they just ignored me. I tried to get their attention again, butthey ignored me again. Since they ignored me, i assumed that they were just too busy. After standing there for like 10 min anemployee finally asked me if i was here for pick up.... When I finally received my food, my hamburger and fries were cold...However, i still enjoyed eating the burger because I used an air fryer to reheat it all. Read more

Had the lunch special. Service was fast and friendly but the burger I ate definitely had no salt on it and the onions tasted... less than fresh. Ate about 25% of my food before giving up. Will give the benefit of the doubt since the other tables seemed tobe enjoying their food but having that poor of an experience with their signature dish isn't making me want to return. Read more

The food was super tasty and exactly the way I like it! The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside!... The burger was SUPER good and juicy as well as filling????. The strawberry lemonade is also amazing 10/10 would recommend.Overall great experience, great service. The only thing was when I saw the bill I was a little surprised as we spent $50 on twopeople but overall the food was so good and I was filled???? Read more
