They "forgot" my drive thru order after telling me to park in front for a 4 minute wait, went inside to check after 20 minutes... waiting, watching multiple vehicles have their order completed. I heard a worker say they forgot as I inquired about my orderagain and the manager said was food ?just ready? as she only started to fill my order. That manager was a liar and rude. Read more

Why remove the grilled chicken? Not everyone enjoys the crispy or extra crispy chicken. You lost a loyal customer?

6/29/2022 = 2 Star = its been a while since i visit here , i order 12 pcs and my kids love original and crispy, request for 6pcs... each and request more thigh part coz kids request it , then they got my order wrong they give me 4pcs all , then they change it,i went home most they give me legs at breast . Sorry giving low star , maybe will try again and will update my review. 2019 =5 Star = Still like KFC , still has good deal in the menu , will always comeback . Read more

This location is probably the worst yet, super disappointing since it?s the only one location that's available for uber pick up... orders. We had placed our order, the app said 15 minutes, also updated saying our order was ready after 10 minutes. Once we sawhow busy the drive through line was we decided to park to walk in to grab our order at the counter, dumb idea. We walked in andabout 4 employees were working, not 1 acknowledged us nor gave us a que that it would be a minute. After several minutes Ifinally waved one over, to which she then said "oh okay" then left to START packing my order. Order also ended up being wrong,but we had already wasted too much energy to even care. Lousy customer service. Read more

Over all it was good. We have eaten here for years. One major complaint... I know it is required to have the calorie count on... the menu but the text on the wall menu for Taco Bell items is almost impossible to read. Too small Thank you. Read more

Went through the drive thru and asked for butter and honey with my meal. You'd think they were taking the cost of condiments out... of their paychecks? I asked for butter and honey, lady says "I put some in the bag" and of course she literally put one of eachin the bag, so I asked for more butter and honey and held my bag of food as she dropped 2 more packets in my bag. Why offer thecondiments if you going to be tight about it? You might as well hand the customer a bottle of honey attached to a break awaylanyard(for safety reasons) and have them take what they need from the bottle, while the employee stares and waits to be handedthe bottle back. That ought to keep customers coming back, NOT! yeah I said it NOT!! Read more
