This is the worst ran McDonald's I have ever been to. Which is saying a lot since my standards for McDonald's is pretty low.... most people who ordered online have been waiting for 40+ min. Management seems to have no idea how to run an efficient ship.Never again. Read more
Really bad customer service. Very unprofessional, this is what they gave me as a receipt.
The cashier didn't know when redeeming deals of the day you can only redeem one of the time every 15 minutes because you need... the four digit code and they will not give you the four digit code online for 15 minutes after using one deal code and not onthat the ice was not in the fountain drink area up to par working so there was a line of people waiting for eyes as they builtit out the drive-through did their best with the dining room and when I went to reorder I waited at least 5 minutes for thecashier to do the French fries and all the jeans for the drive-through before she could come take my order. Super expensive disappointing taste and or flavor expectations were beyond not met the slushie drinks are garbage juice for sure... ... But I LOVED THE FRIES AWESOME AS USUAL! This whole place is trash! The food quality is gross the wait time is 15-25 mins to get your food plus they don?t take your... order inside they just watch you. Today there was a line of 15 guests waiting to order so the only good employee they havestarts taking orders then some random want to be manager girl tell her to stop taking orders and let them wait. Poor Mexicanlady can?t handle a restaurant. This whole place needs to get rid of everything and everyone and start over.
