30 minutes before closing and the only option for a side was the last of the dried out friend rice not even white rice. The only... proteins that they were serving was what was left over. The food had obviously been sitting there for a long time and wasvisibly dried out and unappealing. They were unwilling to make any additional food for any customers coming in for the next 30minutes. Basically they didn't really care at that point. Understand that I get that they were near closing but this was thefirst time I have ever been to a Panda Express that wasn't making fresh food for their end of day customers. It would have notbeen worth it to pay for any of that food. I watched 2 people walk in then walk out with nothing after I left with nothingmyself ????. For someone that has been working in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years, you need to try harder.Nothing against the employees but if you want any food don't bother going to Panda Express at the end of the shift. Panda express at this orangethorpe location hooked it up. Food is amazing and even the cream cheese wontons were super fresh and... crispy. Very delicious! They didnt have the almond chicken though which has quickly become my favorite. They were open onChristmas eve which is awesome because we didnt celebrate much today! Here's a photo of the food. i visited during peak lunch time and it was very busy. the servers of the food kept calling for different kinds of chicken,... shrimp, noodles etc. to be made and not to fall behind. my plate had a fresh batch come out so that was great. i enjoyed mylunch experience here. Read more
The food at this location has not been consistent the last 2-3 visits. We went at 6pm on a Sunday night. When we arrived the... line was out the door. We ordered our food to-go but would have asked for a refund if we dined in. The Beijing beef was toospicy, again. Both the rice and chow mein were undercooked. Read more
Hit or miss. Positives- they move through a line very quickly and this place gets a lot of traffic so the food is always fresh.... Orange chicken here is more crispy than more which makes it sooooo much better and their chow Mein isn?t just a bunch ofcabbage. Negatives- the Beijing Beef is supposed to be Spicy but there is a point where is is inedible. It is never consistenthere which is a bummer because that is the thing I crave from Panda. Also, when manager is serving, he gives amazing portionsbut when he isn?t there, you?ll get half. They also will cut your portion in half if you order with another person and you eachorder the same thing if they are down to the bottom of a pan of food rather than ordering for more of it to be made.
