Horrible service from the "assistant manager Roan" I arrived to pick up a pizza. Was told it was being worked in. Waited 15... minutes then walked up to ask for the pizza. Well according to Roan they had just started working on the pizza. A large groupwalked in and apparently people walking in have priority over online orders or dasher orders. By this time I was already upset,she said they were doing their best. What got me so upset was that if she would of had said wait in line so they can prepareyour order instead of waiting on the side, and see so many people with their pizza who got there after I did. She still wantedme to remain calm, happy and cheerful after I was told walk in people have the priority. Read more
The pizza is ok. I used to come here before and I really used to like it. There isn't one around me anymore so I've been going... to Blaze Pizza instead. I decided to come here again since I was in the area and I'm not really a fan anymore. I think theychanged the ingredients but the sauce has too many herbs for my taste and the crust isn't as good as it used to be. I think I'llstick with Blaze. Read more
I had the worst experience with the rude employee who claimed that he is the manager and I would like to confirm that. So, I was... using a dining advantage ticket and claimed a redemption ID at Pieology Pizzeria (free pizza with a second pizza). I went toorder online (it?s my first time trying to order from this store), and couldn?t find a place to use my code. So I called thestore at 6:50 PM, and tried to ask help from the employee who said that he will put me on hold because he is busy for like 5minutes. I waited on the line, and luckily he forgot to press the hold bottom, so I overheard him mocking me with his femalecoworker and making fun of me because I wanted free pizza. When he came back on the phone, I told him that I heard everythingand want to talk to the manager, he claimed to be the manager. What he dis is unacceptable, he is disrespectful, and I feltreally humiliated by his mocking. I hope he gets punished and I would never ever try this place and never recommend it toanyone!!! Decent customized Pizza options. Clean Place. Taste was good. Friendly staff.
I highly recommend the bone-in chicken wings! We also ordered the cauliflower crust pizza for the first time and the whole meal... was delicious. The pizza crust was really good actually. The wings were a great compliment to the pizza too. They have a nicesauce station that lets you choose 6 different sauces to eat with you wings. Dillon was very welcoming when we arrived andhelpful to suggest we try the wings. I loved how the kitchen has a sign that says ?research and development?, very clever. Read more
I love Pieology! There food and environment is great. I always get extra cheese and chicken at no additional charge. This time I... tried their new thicker crust and it was good, but if I had to pick between the new or traditional crust, I would go fortraditional. The thick crust is definitely worth a tired if you haven't tried it. Read more
