Had a pretty bad experience at this Starbucks. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit. I was not acknowledged when... I walked up. She was very unfriendly and dry. I don?t usually indulge in Starbucks, but when I do I always appreciate the consistency and cleanliness that is provided. That... was not the case today. On 7/4 between 1:10-1:30, I waited in line and witnessed 2 of the 3 workers without masks (that?s fineif that?s policy) eating Doritos chips with the same hands they were ringing people out with and making drinks with. They had noregard for sanitation and I even saw the female feed the male (name started with an Az) a chip directly into his mouth. Thatshouldn?t be acceptable behavior from baristas that are handling food and beverage items for customers- especially consideringCOVID-19.
