I came in filled excitement to try a good sandwich but I got a bad service from this lady. You can barely hear what the Indian... lady says, I had to ask her to repeat what she said, she acts like she doesn?t want to serve customers and was rude when Iquestioned the charges I did not approve of the ?tip? that automatically charged me anyway. Only one employee and she was great. Food was good. She was fast, friendly and seemed to really enjoy people. Nice experience.

Walked in today (07/30/20) to buy a sub. The older lady that took my order did not look like she wanted to take my order. Her... customer service skills are practically non-existent. I would have loved it if instead she had told me she did not want to takemy order because she was in a bad mood and I would have gladly gone elsewhere without having to leave this review. I can see whythis place is so empty compared to the other Subways I have visited. I will avoid this location at all costs. What a shame. Read more

Saw advertisement about having the Ruben sandwich as a special so decided to go for lunch at 9:30 am. When I ordered the Ruben... and was asked which bread...I requested the obvious_ rye bread. They were out. Then the clerk also said they were out ofsauerkraut. Ok, I guess a Ruben was out of the question. My coworker asked for extra tomatoes, oil, and vinegar on his sandwichand the service lacked there also. Read more
I go here almost every friday for the Tuna deal they have. Its the closest from my work and easy to deal with since you can... order through the app. Most times ive picked up through the app there were things off about the sandwich (ill get extraingredients or things are missing, the directions werent followed as closely etc). Today, Jasmine did my order, and it was agreat sandwich. Her attention to detail was on spot and she even wrapped my sandwich twice without requesting (never eventhought of that. I always have a problem with the juices leaking over time). In general this place is pretty good and theirindoor facility is clean and usually quick when they are a little busy. I dont expect perfection with the app orders most timesanyway but Jasmine really went above and beyond today. Read more
