Went in on a Taco Tuesday around 7pm, as usual line was out the door. We stood in line 20 minutes then waited 9 minutes for our... food- not bad for a busy evening. They do have a Taco Tuesday special so that might have brought in a bigger crowd thatevening. I ordered asada burrito added AHM (Anaheim chili stuffed with grilled cheese, $1 so worth it) and added Guacamole ($1,so worth it). Delicious ???? big burrito, half easily filled me up! Hubby had torta with costilla (premium meat). It lookedhuge, I took a few bites and it was tasty! Kids got chicken tacos, plenty of meat and good deal on Taco Tuesday. The line is out the door, but worth the wait. Can we talk about the tortillas? They are amazing! The meat is delicious too, but... the tortillas...I could have had no meat and still given 5 stars based off the tortillas. Every bite was delicious. Try the AHMTaco, you won't regret it! Soooo good! Smaller but clean and less crowded than original spot (easier to find seats). Indoor seating with AC. They were out... of tripas when we went, maybe because more new and still working on how much inventory needed. House sauce was great. Simply put the best tacos in southern California. The premium tacos are exactly that; the papa loka is amazing and always its... own separate meal. Don't cheat yourself by driving past this strip mall because you will regret it. Read more

Good: - Flavor - food quality - portion size - Open late Meh: - They are super busy i can't have them all to myself! ????. -... no phone orders during busy hours (dinner time) I've passed by here every time while driving to the local grocery store. Wifeand i finally decided to see what the hype is all about. Well, i found out the hype is REALLY, REAL! Tacos Los Cholosessentially specialized in cooking meat over an open flame and the execution is perfect. There are 3 tiers of meat: reg,premium, and prime. Choose the meat, choose what to eat with the meat, scarf down the meat. This was my first time here, so Ihad to order from each tier. Prime rib quesadilla ($15), Arrechera burrito ($13), Carne asada Papá Loka ( I'm assuming TacosLos Cholos version of carne asada fries, but to me, MUCH BETTER!). Seriously, don't even know how other taquerias will stackup. Salsa bar has 5 types of salsa made fresh every day. Only downside, was waiting during the dinner rush (6-8pm). But thewait was totally worth it ( and i despise waiting in lines for food). Service was good, and lines went by pretty fast. We came by around 9pm and it was busyyyyyy! But man was it worth the wait. We got the papa loka without knowing what was inside... and was pleasantly surprised. Inside is potato!!it was basically a loaded potato but it was delicious. We also had their tacos,also super filling and tasty, and their horchata was homemade and flavorful. Can't wait to go back! Place looks pretty nice and opens til like 0100 on Fridays. The tacos are bit pricier than normal taco shops, but im realizing... inflation is really taking effect into foods such as tacos and etc so I don't blame the business. Read more
