Went in this morning pretty excited about trying the food because I always see it on DoorDash, but even though I said , ?hello?... upon entry I wasn?t greeted back. I stood for 12 mins (according to my phone) looking at the menu board still waiting for agreeting and possibly even an offer of suggestions since I?ve obviously never been here before but I still never received anyverbal acknowledgment of my presence even though the employee was standing there from the time I entered until I left. I have been to Coco Crepes many times, usually after 3 p.m. and I always encounter friendly service from owners & employees,... until today. Came at 2:00 p.m. and the place was empty, just 4 of us. I came to tell my friends about this place. The cashierlady at the counter that was working on 08/31/2022, was extremely unpleasant. There were a few carton menu displayed to theright of the counter, and one of the menu was Moroccan soup. I asked very nicely if they have the soup for today. Instead ofjust answering with a yes, we have it, she replied with a very nasty tone, and she said If the MENU is out there, it means wehave it. The tone of voice was unprofessional to the least. I asked my friends later if they heard her tone, and two did nothear, but one did. Was it so hard to just answer plainly? It was not even busy, we were the only customers at 2:00 p.m. Thisexperience left a very unpleasant taste. I refused to put tip in the tip box, but after she left for the day, I placed a secondorder for to go, and I put tip in the cash jar. Honestly, she did not deserve my tip, and I would rather the rest of the crews(happened to be all male) get it. By the way, the salad & crepes were excellent as usual. The last two times I?ve been the customer service was rather dry and/or somewhat rude. Also, Borge orders i have received the... wrong food but charged for what i ordered. As always the food is delicious no matter what i get but they need to work oncustomer service (attitude) and getting peoples orders right. I ordered the smoked salmon PANINI and was given the salmon crepe.My mom ordered the cocos crepe and was given a peanut butter and jelly crepe. Read more

Crepes are expectacular! I love the sweet ones but the savory ones are as well very good! The house coffee is good as well.... There are many options to choose from, the best is build you own crepe. They offer ice cream and many other tips of beverages aswell. Even though the place is quite small, it is very cozy. The only thing I would change is the ordering logistic, I don'tlike to be standing behind the counter to order. other than that this place is one of my favs. Read more

I'm not a huge fan of crepes, but I had the breakfast crepe with ham. It was very good. The crepe had a nice hint of sweetness... and the eggs were very fluffy and tender. I don't like overcooked eggs. Very good customer service! I will visit there again. Read more

This place is on point when it comes to crepes and waffles. They have a wide variety of menu items but they specialize in... waffles and crepes. I got the Breakfast crepe and it was delicious. My wife got the breakfast croissant which was also amazing.We had to get a waffle so we split a regular one and picked strawberries and butter cream as the toppings. First time here and it was fantastic! The crepes were so fluffy and melted in your mouth. The waffle was piled high with... delicious ingredients. We tried the tomato soup and potato soup. They were really good! The potato was different, but delicious.The service was great too. The employees worked hard to have pretty plating. I watched them pay attention to all of the details.We also had expressed that it was our first time and they made sure to check with us and see if everything was to our liking.Our only negative is that we didn?t find this place sooner!!
