When we walked in we were surprised to dirty tables despite there not being any customers in the store. When the employee walked... out he did not say a word, greet us, or seem interested in our business. When we told him what we wanted he gave minimal effortI?m sure my 5 month old could?ve mixed the ingredients better than he did. Would rather stub my toe than come here again. Read more
My husband and I come here too often. The service is always friendly and quick enough. Yummy products, of course. Only reason... I?m giving 4 and not 5 stars is because we went to a different location the other day and got way more toppings in our ice creamthan we do at this one, so we feel a little gypped. Other than that we?re always pleased. I also wish this location had theability to make online orders! For some reason they?re not on the website. Read more

Very poor customer experience. Brought my two little girls on a Sunday afternoon, literally we are the only customers here and... the Owner couldn?t rush us out fast enough. Hopefully they turn it around quickly or it will be another failed restaurant in theFulshear area. Read more

Horrible service! First and last time taking my 4 year old daughter here. A young lady helped us and when I would ask her a... question she was rude rolling her eyes and kept going to the back. When I asked her for a taste sample she shook her head no andI rephrase my self we need a sample and she gave us one. I could tell she didn't want to help us but it's her job! No smile nothank you bad customer service especially since we were the only ones and had a kid. I will not return to rude staff! Place haddirty tables and old looking ice cream & sherbert.
