Everything we ordered was delicious! Their chicken and sausage gumbo is one of the best I?ve ever had. Also, you can?t go wrong... with their shrimp étouffée and shrimp brochette. The dirty rice served with the brochette is packed with flavor. So glad tohave this location closer to home! Read more

Great seafood, friendly service. Large portions. I had the crab fingers and fries. The plate was loaded with crab fingers. I... also had a side salad that had spring mix, bacon crumbles, tomatoes, cucumber, boiled egg and cheese. I will be back and takephotos the next time. Went back, the food was excellent. Fantastic experience tonight at Orleans on 1463. They have an option for full service or counter service. We chose counter... service. The cashier was super sweet and friendly, atmosphere was great! Food was delicious and and the restaurant was clean.Definitely glad for this addition to our neighborhood! Read more
I love Orleans in Katy, this location has opened and is closer to my home. I ordered Door Dash and unfortunately this is the... location they deliver from. The fried shrimp were gummy and the batter for the catfish was less seasoned than usual. Inaddition, the catfish was raw in the middle. This is not what I expected from Orleans and will definitely not order fromDoordash again because the food at this location is not on par with the Katy location. Definitely will not patronize thislocation ...perhaps Orleans has just gone down in quality overall. ???? Read more
Disappointing experience. The food was mediocre and no one in our party finished their entree. You have to track down your... drink from the bar if you sit in the dining area. If the ordering server doesn?t communicate that fact, you will sit waiting andwondering like we did. The ordering setup isn?t ideal. You order at the counter, then walk ten or so steps to the fountaindrink and silverware area. When it?s busy, the line stacks up and you wait to order, then stand in the same spot at the counterand wait to get to the drinks/silverware area. All the while, you?re unable to allow those behind you in line to move forward toorder. The logistics could have been better considered. We had high hopes but won?t be back. Read more
