I used to love Chipotle. It was my go-to Mexican food, until it suddenly it started make me feel sick every single time. There's... something about their black beans that just doesn't sit right with my stomach, which sucks because I love the black beans. Worst Chipotle, or really any fast casual restaurant, that I?ve ever been to. First off, the manager is highly unprofessional... and I don?t know how he has a job. Will sometimes claim not to have online orders, accuse you of having the wrong location, thenwhen you show them screenshots and even open the app, they shrug and say oh well, file a complaint and if you want an orderyou?re going to have to get in line and pay a second time. The people are rude and completely apologetic. Horrible attitudes.But even despite that and them routinely screwing up orders, we tried them again in an act of hunger-fueled desperation. Notonly did the food taste bad, it gave me food poisoning. After eating one taco, I stopped after I spotted a piece of chicken inmy other taco that looked suspiciously under done. I was hoping that I was being paranoid, but now I?m writing this at 2 amafter spending the night in the bathroom and chugging some Pepto Bismol. This location always shorts the bowels on proteins. Today I literally counted 6 pieces of chicken total in my bowl. My sons meal... was missing both sides. They gave him 2 hard tacos and beef..nothing else that he ordered! I called and spoke with Gloria themanager. She was arrogant, did not care and just told me to file a complaint online. Ordered via the app for pickup last week and arrived a few mins after the pickup time. A guy walked with me, ordered his food at... the counter, and was out the door while I was still waiting for pickup. When I got the food home, my daughter's kids meal onlyhad a tortilla and rice, they failed to add the protein ???? They were late and didn't get the order right. Won't be going backto this one. Can't order a quesadilla in the store. Could have before about a month ago. I would order online but I can't just get a side of... rice and beans there. It's a recent change i assume due to management not wanting to pay to replace equipment. This was aweekly stop because the kids have sports. Gonna have to find an alternative. Staff always friendly and quick. Food is what youwould expect, no complaints there. Read more
It's a Chipotle so you know the food is constantly good. Love the new brisket burrito! The only downfall to this Chipotle is... that it's so damn busy and crowded. Don't even attempt to go there once school lets out.....disastrous long lines with stupiddrivers everywhere. Good quality food though, great customer service. Read more
I like Chipotle's food for takeout. I like the cafeteria line, where you can specify what you want, and how much you want of... it. The people behind the counter are friendly and willing to listen, so I get what I want every time. The price for the amountof food you get is reasonable, and the quality of the food is good. They are consistent, and I have always been pleased withwhat I got. I usually make two meals out of one to-go bowl. It's a cafeteria line, so you're not going to get a lot ofvariables in the meals, but if you're in the mood for it, it's a good meal, and a good deal. Only down side for me, is thesuper hot raw onions they put in their salsa. No jalapenos, just brutally hot onions. If they switched to vidalias, that wouldbe heaven, and I eat there more often. Strip mall parking is easy, though it is a tight squeeze on the lines for largervehicles. Read more
