Went to have dessert with a friend and we were so excited to go. The reviews were high and the bar had received the best... dessert in Howard County for the past 3 years! We were both so disappointed. My homemade cinnamon roll was very dry and the HotScotty was pretty good, but nothing extraordinary. I do have to applaud the staff, because they were prompt and very kind. Theyoffered to give me another roll or let me choose something else and I chose the Strawberry Cream Cake which was moist andflavorful. However, my friend couldn't even bite into her chocolate truffle. I thought she was joking, but it was hard as arock. Apparently they are shipped from somewhere else. Too many issues for one day. Wow, this was an amazing experience. So, we just came for a quick dessert and ended up staying a while. Had a cappuccino which... was amazing! Ordered a skillet Brownie and ours was mistakenly delivered to another table, this item had a longer wait then mostitems on the menu. So after waiting longer we stopped someone and just let them know we were still waiting. Well, our Browniecame out quickly after accompanied by an apology from the manager & a gift card for our next visit. That is incredible customerservice that you just don't see in many establishments. Definitely worth the drive through beautiful Maple Lawn for some oral pampering. Whether its a simple coffee or some delicious... sweets, this is the place for you. You can even add some adult libations to your coffee while watching your kids overload onprocessed sugary sweets. Read more
Decadent hands down has the best chocolate cake I?ve ever eaten. Not overly sweet but moist and indulgent. Our family members... keep requesting it for their birthday! I happily drive from Baltimore to Fulton every time :) Read more
