They have the best Ceviche I have ever had. It was so fresh and tasteful in full of chunks of fish. It was totally delicious. ... The only disappointment with this place was it didn't carry soft shell crab sandwiches. The server said it wasn't time yet, butI've had soft shell crab sandwiches all year around. Good was fresh and great. Service was slow and it seemed like we were bothering our server. Got the happy hour mussels in white... wine garlic - very good. Fresh and flavorful. 2 of each oyster - raspberry points, salt ponds, moondancers, powder points,bevins, shooting points. Very good. Could have eaten another dozen myself. Blackened fish sandwich with chips. Chips were blandbut good in the tartar sauce. Half cod and fries. Fresh, crispy Will be back for more oysters and to try some of the otheritems. We had an excellent experience at Hudson Coastal! The raw oysters were extremely fresh, the seafood was cooked to perfection,... and the cream of crab soup was delicious! Everyone in our party ended up sharing our entrees with one another because they wereall so good. I'm sad that we are not local, because this place would be in our regular rotation. (We may have to make a secondtrip before heading back to Tennessee next week). Read more

I've been meaning to try Hudson Coastal for a little while now and I finally made it in for dinner. The highlights: Phil the... bartender and the owner are awesome! I had the Bethany Beach Lemonade and the best darn Old Fashioned I've ever had in my life!The Chincoteague oysters were fresh, briny, and delicious! I had already eaten an oyster when I thought to snap a pic! Theirspecialty is fresh catch fish, and you can have it prepared a few different ways, and their are multiple sauce options for thefish. I had pan-seared Boston Sea Bass with sautéed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. I also tried their crab casserole as anaccompaniment to my meal. I enjoyed the food. The fish was perfectly filleted and cooked. The casserole was chock full of crab.One suggestion: the crab casserole, and the fish could use a bit more seasoning to highlight their natural flavors. This was on my bucket list for thee longest time. I loved the Hudson Coastal. Me and my girlfriends came here to catch up she... was in the mood for seafood so glad I picked here for dinner. I was first and I was greeted right away and I was sat outside asrequested. Beautiful view. The host was very nice and welcoming. Our server Amber came right over and got drinks for the tablewhile I waited on my girlfriends. The food was delicious let me tell you. We all ordered margaritas! Definitely a hit Idefinitely tasted all the tequila! So shoutout ti the bartender. Service from the whole wait staff helping to get food out tothe table. Excellent team work, special shoutout to Chris for being so helpful and helping Amber get food to the table and beingvery prompt. The honey old bay wings!!!! Finger linking GOOD!! You can just tell the love and care the proprietors put into this great seafood restaurant!! Really enjoyed the fresh catch,... fish was excellently prepared. Really like ability to choose fish preparation and sides, helps me stay low carb. The veggieswere excellent too! Also recommend the old bay spiced shrimp appetizer, was very fresh and yummy! Price point, quality, andservice were all great. Will definitely be returning soon to try more menu items! Read more
