Ok, so this location is a no-go for me moving forward. I literally just saw the worker at the second window come back with 2... drinks. But the way he was holding them, his fingers were actually positioned inside the cups, which he had yet to put lids on.Seriously??? Like that's completely unsanitary!! This location is also on the decline as far as having any decent customerservice. It appears to be having a high turnover rate as well. After I saw that today, I was like nope! A pretty speedy and accurate Mc Donald's. Staff is friendly and courteous. Food comes out hot and in the right order. Coffee is... also nice and hot and tastes fresh brewed. Food has never been overdone. Get your next fast food meal here. Read more
As someone that has always loved McDonalds, the last several trips have been disappointing. Tonight was no different. After... waiting for almost five minutes to even be seen by the seven people behind the counter, I placed my order. The food was fine,but as you can see in the pics, it took me a bit to find a seat that wasn't disgusting. Literally, cheese laying on the windowsill! There were at least two manager's on duty, based on the look of the uniforms. Read more
It's McDonalds! The order taker was not very pleasant, in fact barely spoke. Now the delivery person was pleasant. Food was... typical McDs, FF didn't really have any taste, but it was hot and the spicy chicken was tasty. Best bang for your buck in fastfood. Read more
I usually have good experiences with this location. They had no large cups so had to get a medium iced tea, half cut. It tasted... like they brewed the tea in their coffee maker and I hate coffee. When I asked the price difference between a large and mediumtea, she seemed to get flustered and started making a smaller size. I said never mind and left without getting my sundae so Ihad to drive back and get it. I will go back to this location since it's near where I work, but I hope this was just an offnight. Read more
Though I asked to cook my meal instead of pulling the burger from a try, the sandwich was slightly warmer and but dry. Not... much of a change from any McDonalds. I do rate it a 5 for customer service and bring the food to your table. The restaurantwas clean and attractive. Those two points are good marketing. Read more
Closest McDonald's to my home but not a favorite. Expect to repeat part of your order (English is consistently an issue). Also... have frequently rec'd barely warm or inconsistently salted food. Read more
