I usually stop by this location on the way to work to pick up breakfast, and sometimes lunch as well. I've recently had a string... of issues with this store. If it was a one time thing, I get it. But within the last week: (1) Their on-line ordering system wasdown. Again. It happens about once a week. (2) Yesterday, I ordered in person. It took over 10 minutes to get my order, despitethe fact that there was only one order ahead of me. I could see 5 people in the kitchen. And the oatmeal that I ordered wasrunny. (First time that happened.) Another time they left the cinnamon off the oatmeal. Yesterday I ordered a sandwich for lunchat the same time. They forgot the chips. (3) Today I ordered a egg white, avocado and cheese sandwich. Got to the office, openedthe bag, and it was a different sandwich. At this point, I pulled off the ingredients that I didn't like and dealt withit. Another thing I've seen maybe 6 times ... I place the order. 3 minutes later I get an email that the order is ready. When Iarrive 10-15 minutes later my bag isn't out. Twice the bag went missing and they had to remake it. (Who knew Fulton was hotspotof crime!?) Once it was sitting in the back and only needed to be brought up front. The other times they hadn't even started theorder, but they rushed to make it. I like Panera and although this one is convenient, I'm tempted to use the store on DobbinRoad in Columbia instead. Too many problems in Fulton. Read more
Another addition to the Fulton area shopping center. Getting inside to sit is little confusing, The drive thru swirls around the... whole store The building design wise they have concentrated more on the drive-thru so little confusing to go in the first time,technically only handicap or pickup parking in the front so you have to park on the side. That's like every business in MapleLawn... confusing entrance/parking. Their food is very very salty, Only good thing is their hot tea that you can make yourselfand they have microwave, no other business has that kind of arrangement. Food and service quality has dropped significantly.Bought almost five dollar latte and it was only half filled:( Their chicken sandwich which cost almost ten dollars, is horribledon't buy. Read more
We are so lucky to have a Panera in our community but what makes our Panera awesome are the staff here!! They are all extremely... friendly and welcoming. They know me by name. The the place is always clean. The food and drinks are always consistent (veryimportant to me). Special thanks to Ms. Tasha who goes above and beyond to make sure my latte is always perfect :) Read more
Terrible service drive through or dine in. The Waiting never ends even when there?s hardly any customers! You just see kids... walking around doing nothing. after witnessing same issues ever since they opened this location I can?t blame the kid?s its justpoor management!! The absolute worst Panera Bread I've EVER been to! Ordered rapid pickup, it says it will be ready in 12 minutes. 35 minutes... later it was ready! And it was just a Caesar salad and Mac and cheese. There were about 3 tables eating, and roughly 20 peoplestanding around waiting for their food! I've never seen a Panera move so slow. This was the last straw. They've messed up myorder the last two times there, and I've had to get them to correct it before leaving, and now this. I'm done. Just make theextra drive and go to another one. Read more
Great service, great food. They have a drive through but I?d rather wait inside, the seating area is nice and clean
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I order a chipotle pizza and 2 Fiji apple salads and when I say the pizza... looked good I was happy until I started eating and found a long piece of hair melted in my cheese . I AM DISGUSTED! My saladswere old the onions were slimy !! To make matter worst I took the food back and the manager Mariana did not apologize for myexperience, nothing she refunded me looked at my receipt and said ?oh it?s because you came at night? SHOCKED!! We stopped by for a late lunch today to find the following. ALL floors and tables were not cleaned, sticky and full... of food crumbs. We ended up cleaning our own table when no one showed up to clean it, even after being asked. Floors look likethey have not been washed in quite a while - even sticky. A customer came out of the bathroom to let a staff member know thebathroom was filthy and had NO toilet paper and NO paper towels. The staff member told her ?it?s not my job to clean thebathrooms?. Seriously??? We ordered our food at the kiosk and it sat there forever because they never turned on our pager. Thepeople in the kitchen spent more time socializing and moved at the speed of nothing! We always come here and this place hasnever been in this condition! It has gone downhill very quickly. As dirty and unkept as it was when we were here, I am not sosure the Health Department should be contacted!! This was a favorite spot for us to have lunch a couple of times a month, so weare beyond disappointed. Read more
