I heard good reviews so decided to come in for a telcon and quick coffee since i was teleworking. Cold stare looks as i walked... in. The lady stared at me as i put my laptop down and set up my area. No "hello" or "good morning" i was immediately turnedoff. Hello customer service!!?!. Greeting your customers with a simple "good morning" goes a long way...customer service 101..i ordered an expresso..sat outside ..and left in 20 mins.. bad energy. Read more
Lovely atmosphere, clean, good coffee, nicely situated. They need to start serving coffee in regular sit-down mugs if they want... the fifth star. When you have time coffee always tastes better in a mug vice a paper cup y?know? Anyway, nice little placeoverall. Read more

Cute place, really good banana nut bread. I ordered an iced almond chai latte, I can't put my finger on the flavor, it's very... different then the major coffee chains, not nearly as sweet, but very good. Seemed maybe brewed vs from a mix? Anyhow, it wasgood, the staff were friendly and though I didn't stay they had a table of stuff for kids to play with, and a lot of seating,inside and out. Read more
Got a simple double shot espresso and it was great! Very smooth and sweet, with a nice balance between dark rich chocolate notes... and bright/citrus pop - a signature flavor profile of Ethiopian coffee. Sadly, not a lot of coffee places in the area grasp thebasics of pulling a proper espresso shot, but Sidamo did not disappoint! Will definitely be back! Read more
This is my third time here, each time I have tried something new, and been pleasantly suprised. This cafe has a unique feel, an... un-rushed, relaxing vibe. Quiet jazz plays in the background, there is beautiful art on the walls. There are books to read ifyou are so inclined. This is a perfect location for an escape, but large enough to be group-friendly. Prices are on par withother cafes, but the attention to detail and your personal experience are far greater and worth the effort for a visit. Read more
0 for their customer service. Went in 20mins before their closing time. There were already two other groups seated when we... walked in. Firstly, the person behind the counter was very impatient in taking the order. Then, she was rude when we asked forher suggestion regarding their best/most sold coffee. As this is our first time here, we asked if coffee is served in mugs, asthey did not seem like any franchise. But she was rude in answering a polite question, and just said, "no, we give coffee inonly plastic cups". Could have been polite with her answer. She messed up one of the coffee's as she forgot to add whitechocolate in a white chocolate mocha. When asked, she said "everything is good, I know what I did". And then she realized shedid not add white chocolate, when we asked her two more times to adjust the coffee. At 4:55pm, she comes to only our table, andasks us to leave as they close at 5pm. Then she heads to chat casually with one of the groups about clothes, and did not evenbother reminding a white couple about the closing time. Very rude, impatient and discriminating behavior.
