I will never go back. A very small 8 oz is now sold as a large frosty. I'm so incredibly tired of downsizing. A small chicken... sandwich and an 8 oz frosty was $8.32. I wouldn't care about the cost if everything wasn't so tiny. Large frostys used to betwice this size. Read more
Service was great, food was not. My wife and I had cold dishes. They attempted to microwave warm it, and still got it wrong. We... ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened. They took my glass and returned. They had tried to add sugar to my glass, instead ofpreparing a fresh glass, and you could see it piled at the bottom. The prime rib was not cooked as asked. My first time eating here was for dinner. The food was hot and absolutely delicious. The service was spectacular. The manager... came out and checked and made sure everything was good. He had a warm and welcoming spirit. So naturally, I wanted to try themagain for breakfast one day. Big mistake! Food was still hot and good but the service was terrible. I am pretty appalled at the food I had received the other night on 09/22/21. I ordered the new cheddar bacon burger, two of... them. The pic on the left is my wife?s and I must say that there was ALOT not on it. The pic on the right is from the Wendy?s inTupelo and as you can see, there is a huge difference. In Fulton, there was no coleslaw, no onion rings, no sauce whatsoever,and barely ANY bacon. The meat was also not the best. I understand it was almost closing time, and I don?t enjoy leaving badreviews and I am not a complainer but I think that this is something that should be really addressed and fixed! It may not seemlike anything big to go online about and it may not be, but me and my wife were traveling late and were hungry, and decided toeat from the one place made available to us. These burgers were not exactly the cheapest. At least 13$ for both. 6$ each, plustax, for both of them. Absolutely Terrible!!! Over cooked food, super dry. We ordered the Bourbon Burger and it had 2 small tiny pieces of bacon.... Barely any sauce, fries were cold. We were the ONLY car in the drive through. Read more
Placed an online order via the app and selected drive thru pickup. After waiting in line and getting to the speaker I was told... that online orders had to be picked up inside. I told them that I always pick up online orders at the drive thru and could theynot just hand it to me out the window since it?s already paid for? They said they couldn?t do that (for some reason I nevergot). So then I asked could they just cancel the order, then they told me to just pull around to the front of the store. I didand after a few minutes a girl brought my order to my car and just said thanks and walked away. (Wouldn?t it just have beeneasier to hand it out the window??) I go to this Wendy?s location (Fulton, MS) about once a week and always order online. Thisis the first time I?ve ever been told (by any fast food restaurant with a drive thru) that I had to come inside and get myonline order. It makes no sense. The app asks specifically if you want to carry out or pick up from the drive thru. So if theirnew policy is carry out only, then at the very least they should put up a sign outside. The way their drive thru is set up onceyou get in line you can?t get out. Read more
