Food items in the lunch buffet were not fresh but dried out for being out in the serving line too long. Some items had run out... and were not replaced with fresh, full trays. Poorly run. On this subsequent visit today there was improvement in thebuffet. Pizza that was on the buffet for an extended period of time and dried out was removed and replaced with fresh pizza. However, pasta was not refreshed and replaced with fresh pasta. The pasta was dried out and hard as a brick. You couldn't evenscoop it out of the tray. I was disappointed with my order for 3 reasons: 1. It was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and I arrived there after 20 -... 25 minutes and still had to wait another 5 minutes or so. 2. I requested that 2 of the 3 pizzas cut into squares and only onewas. 3. I didn't get the marinara sauce for my cheesy bread sticks. The employee was very polite and happy to help. When hebrought my order out I asked if he could open the back door and set it in the seat. He did so with a smile and withouthesitation. The food tasted great. Read more
There wasn't enough staff to keep up. The buffet was limited, waitress never come back to check about drinks, buffet cost keep... things on it, run out of regular plates and had to use paper plates. I ordered a taco pizza on 10/13/22, it was bad. It wasn'tmade right, some ingredients were not put on it. If this is how they make taco pizza, DO NOT ORDER THIS FROM PIZZA HUT! Read more
Pizzahut uses doordash to deliver the pizza and their website does not tell you this but pizzahut still charges a delivery fee.... It takes even longer to receive your pizza so expect cold food if you want pizzahut Read more
Spent a total of 45 minutes on hold listening to there be nice to our employees message about 1000 times. They may not need that... if they didn?t leave there customers on hold for 45 minutes. My nephew was at a wrestling camp and is 6?6? tall and 210 poundsat 15. Most kids weigh about 80 pounds there so he got a small portion of food and is still starving and afraid he will seemrude to ask for more. I was trying to send food to my hungry boy and was never able to because they wouldn?t come back to phone.Middle Eastern gentlemen I spoke to after first 15 minute hold gave my info then he put me on second hold gave up after 40minutes. I screenshoted time and will see I can attach it. He had a hard time understanding English so after third time I sloweddown and did the like (J as in Jerry thing) I guess he thought me trying to communicate was rude when I just wanted to give himaddress and get a pizza. Never came back . No pizza sending a wrestler that wrestled like three two hour sessions and burntprobably 15,000 calories to bed hungry and has to wrestle in morning. Super quick delivery and the pizza was hot and very fresh. We normally order dominoes but we?re quickly reminded how delicious... pizza hut is! It?s just very expensive. For one pizza it was like $23 if you wanted one of the ?special order? ones, but thedeal pizzas with 1-3 toppings was a little more affordable. Read more
The pizzas I received did not look like the nice pictures. Little sauce. Hardly half the pepperoni. No condiments. They... wanted to charge extra for the packets. Apparently, only dine in get condiments. Tough times. Think before you vote. Read more
