Really great service, but a horrible bait and switch scam. The menu lists different prices than what we are charged for! Edit:... they have actually charged us per topping at this location..Since when did subway get so expensive? Other Fulton location isalways much cheaper and we often order the same items.. Went to this one first. 4 people working and they had the 2 boys doing all the work, which were online orders and made everyone... that walked in wait. Everyone on deck when your busy. Read more

Depends on who's working when I go. The young guys have always been pleasant (although no masks which is off-putting) but I once... went in and had 2 women stare at me like I had a 2nd head when I asked for a sandwhich. The older one (I think manager?) Isconsistently awful and unhelpful. Read more

The young man making our sandwich was pleasant and diligent. Management however was terrible. We placed our order online for... pickup and when we arrived 15 minutes later we expected to wait a little while however, there was 2 patrons in front of us theyoung man was making sandwiches and who I assume to be the manager Was just standing there while he made our sandwiches then shepersisted to walk to the back several more just entered the facility and she stayed in the back she looked out several times andnever offer to help them and making our sandwiches she also came out several times to ask him about working a shift tomorrow soall the lines and didn?t do anything she there were several customers that walked away it took us an additional 45 minutes toget our sandwiches well management did nothingTo assist the customers that were inside or the young man working the front Read more

Waited 20 minutes in line (took longer to take my order than for me to eat: soup, a footlong, and a cookie). When she gave me my... bowl of soup it was not even 3/4ths the way full. Not impressed. I normally dont have issues here, but recently everytime I doit's not as good as it use to be. This was the subway in town I choose to go to for the past 2 years...these past 2 monthsexperiences have changed that. Read more

I?ve gone here on multiple occasions. I work in food so I don?t usually complain and if something is wrong I just fix it... myself. My first visit one of the male workers was too high to function. He honestly was unable to grab my receipt and hand itto me. Made my sandwich nearly in slow motion. Second visit a woman was there and was horribly rude for no reason. She hardlytoasted my sandwich. It was cold when I opened it up in the car. Fine I?ll microwave it at home so not a huge issue. Third visitit?s the same woman and she behaves the exact same way as before and I just microwaved my sandwich at home. After this visit Ihave walked in multiple times and if I see her working I walk back out. My fourth visit which was today, there is the guy whowas high from my first visit there and a girl who was working her second day there. There was a line and the male proceeded tomake sandwiches so slowly it was as if he did not care at all that this was his job. When at the register I handed the girl mycoupon and she asked me to hang on because it was only her second day and this coupon was not showing up. She asked the male forhelp and he walked over, looked at the screen and said, ?I don?t know figure it out.? The poor girl looked at me mortified and Itold her to just not worry about it. This behavior is unacceptable and I hope the owner is ashamed of some of the people heemploys. Read more
