I have been to this location three times now, each took 45 minutes from time I pulled in the drive thru until time I received my... food. None of the employees had any great customer service skills. Ignored customers as they say waiting. Couldn't come towindow and apologize for the wait. Food was cold. They as of Thursday night, November, 2022, lost three customers as I wasgetting meals for all 3 of us in the household. Read more

Waited 30 minutes inside the lobby for my food all to have to get a refund because I couldn't wait any longer. They move sloth... slow. Read more
Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes after they asked what we wanted and we responded. They finally respond and say what did you... want again? We get up to the window and they are just barely starting to make our food. Finally get some if our food and theysay thanks have a good day, only we did not get all of our food. We had to try to get the girls attention only to receiveattitude when we politely explained we did not get all of our food. Still waiting. After 45 minutes, we could have eaten anywhere else and would have been done eating. Read more
I love Fulton taco bell they are friendly polite and have good customer service. And when there's a mistake made with your food.... They do their very best to make up for it by remaking it or refunding it and giving a coupon as well. Their employees are veryunderstanding Read more
Lately, you would think the employee's had to pay for taco sauce out of their checks because they surely won't give you any. ... And the kitchen isn't much better. Seriously, a tsp. of meat on a taco? I'm done. Shouldn't be eating there anyway. Read more
