Stopped in to grab a quick cup of coffee on the way home from the Thousand Islands. Clean place, friendly staff.
Lobby said closed till noon..... Came at 12:30. Not open. Went through drive through. Missing an order of hash browns. Lobby... closed and long lines so I didn't bother going back through. While waiting on a hot chocolate, something happened with the machine. We were told to wait a few minutes which was fine. But... while cleaning they were saying how disgusting it was and making gagging noises. Very unprofessional. Left without hot chocolateto say the least. Read more
For some odd reason they always manage to mess up my order. Its not the person on register who puts in the order thats the... problem, but the person who makes my order messes them up.. The first one was when I ordered a sandwich for my bf... he doesn'tlike white cheddar in his sandwich so I asked them to replace it with American cheese... the receipt says the right order butwhen I received my order, they still made the sandwich wrong... the person who made said sandwich pretty much threw the order atme... the second time around was when I asked for a sweetened ice tea... they gave me sweet green tea... neither times did Imake a fuss about it but come on... how gard is it to read an order from a receipt??? I should have given them 1 star but thisis me being generous cause the person I spoke to in order to remake said mistake was nice enough... Read more
Very fast very friendly seemed way less busy than the Dunkin on the other side of the bridge .
