Food was good and cooked properly. We had one of the better servers. Most of the Servers were sitting at a table behind us,... loudly gossiping. When Customers came in, they all said they didn't want them, especially when a lady in a wheelchair came in.One was complaining about only getting $16 on her Pay Check. The Bathrooms we're very nasty. When we walked out to leave, thegossiping Servers were hanging out around a truck in the parking lot, goofing off. My husband and I ate dinner here for the first time in a year or more. We had a substitution on our meal that we went over with... the waitress 3 times, and she repeated it back to us. Then only the substitution came out with our entrees, and not the otherside dish. Our waitress had disappeared, and never even came back with more tea she said she was going to bring my husband. Wehad to get a manager to ask about the other side dish, and he started arguing that it only came with one, which never came upwith the waitress. We said we would pay for the other one if they would just bring it, and he ended up comping it for us due tothe confusion. I thought the appetizer sampler was very good, but the fish and shrimp tasted and looked like what I sometimesbuy in the frozen food section at the grocery store. They were all battered in a very uniform manner, and tasted bland. Therewas plenty served, though, and the prices were reasonable for what we got. Read more
We enjoyed our experience there! 1. We had a party of 9. The hostess was very accommodating and kind. The staff was very... professional and quick on getting us seated. Once we sat down we were had an AMAZING waitress! Shelby was very patient with us,very informative, helped us with picking choices, smiled, made sure our drinks were never empty, constantly checked on us, madesure all of our orders were correct and good before she would leave and just overall amazing service!!! The food is pretty good. My son had the chicken wrap for $9.99 and the chicken was really salty inside the wrap and the sauce... was a little spicy. My food was excellent! However, they were short staffed and it took the cooks quite a long time to send thefood out. The waitressing staff is amazing though, and try their best to provide a good atmosphere. Read more
Fantastic experience with all staff including management. Becca in particular made a great impression with me and made me feel... at home 600 miles away. Great drinks and Yuengling draft were a plus. My only disappointment was the FOUR CHEESE MAC & CHEESEWITH HONEY PEPPER CHICKEN TENDERS. The only thing that looked like the picture was the bread stick. It was like penne noodles"without" cheese. I got them to go and pitched most of it into the garbage can. I'm not much of complainer when it comes tofood. I still give a 5 star rating because if I had mentioned this to management I'm sure they would have glady replaced it. Read more
NASTY! I am disappointed! I spent $60 on a to go order and my food was horrible. A plate of grease! I had bourbon chicken and... shrimp, and I had to pat away all the grease from my chicken and put it on a separate plate. Couldn?t eat the mushrooms at all.And the chicken was not seasoned and barely cooked. HIGHLY disappointed! Read more
I was just passing though town and thought a couple sandwiches would be good it was after the dinner rush but still early about... 8:30 or 9 Friday night. Despite ordering ahead online and giving an extra few minutes before heading to pick up my food when Iarrived at the restaurant I waited almost five minutes before being approached by anyone. I said I was there for a pickup and Ifelt I was rudely directed to the opposite side of the restaurant where I was asked to wait for my food. There was no seating inthis area so I am standing there about 15 minutes as several employees pass me apologize and say they will check on mysandwiches. Almost 30 minutes after the time quoted for pickup I complained and asked for a manager the restaurant seemed almostempty so I don?t get the problem? Finally my food came from the kitchen. I paid and left the food was decent and hot service wasvery bad and slow. The food was cooked well, BUT it took a while for them to take my order. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was not moving fast... at all. She seemed overwhelmed and confused. After finally getting my meal and finishing it up. I had to sit around for 20minutes to get my check and pay. There were plenty of other servers there that could have helped, but elected to just strollaround and not help. Even a couple of managers.???? Read more
