The employees are so rude. From the time we got to the speaker until we got to the window. They hardly spoke to us at all. They... rushed us to order. Which is difficult when our 4 year old is trying to decide what he wants to eat. The lady handed us our foodand didn?t say a word. Another lady had to come hand us our drinks. Not personable at all. I have been to this location three times in the past month for lunch. Each time I try to order the breast/wing combo and each... time they say they have no chicken breasts. They want to substitute another wing for the same money? I don't think so. I wouldavoid this location if possible. Read more
We waited 30 minutes for chicken and we didn?t get an explanation or an apology. We expected a wait given it was a large order... but not that long. The doors were locked but another customer let us in. The ignored us standing there and when they finallyacknowledged us, they acted annoyed. Then they FINALLY put our order together after the 30 minutes. We were watching them andthey were either working slowly or just standing there. As we left, I heard a guy in the drive through saying they were slow. Soit?s not just us. And they have enough staff to be faster than they were. Read more
Food was good, however placing an order was challenging because someone had stacked Bojangles boxes so high i could not see the... menu board on the wall. I'm 6' and I couldn't see over them and had to go to the end of the counter and look around the boxes. Read more
Absolute garbage service. Never really sure when they are open because they take forever to even acknowledge you at the drive... through. When they do answer the drive through the chicken sandwich is rock hard as if it sat under a heat lamp since the daybefore. Read more
Visited earlier today. Idk who was cooking in the kitchen since it was drive-thru only, but whoever it was did their thing. I?m... from Texas so anytime i get a chance i stop by and get some Bojangles, and this stop didn?t disappoint. The staff was cool andthe chicken was hot and good. No complaints Read more
