Crystal the Asst. Manager is a hard worker who really tried to make the best of a bad situation I had with some young,... disrespectful employees. James the General Manager called me personally to apologize, and assured me he would correct thesituation, which is much more than I expected but all I could have asked for. Absolutely the worst BK we have been in. The only one that knew what they were doing was the one bagging orders. We dined in the... building. We didn?t get the right burgers, the fries were cold. The place was filthy, tables dirty, floors looked like the hadnot been scrubbed in a while. I can say however that the bathroom was a tad bit cleaner than the gas station down theroad(that?s not saying much. We left before we ate much of anything and tossed the food. Read more

I can?t believe it. You built a complete new store and yet you can?t hire people who want to work. I sat in the drive through... for 15 minutes while 3 of your employees were hanging out by the back door. I finally got tired of waiting and left. If theydon?t care enough to take my order, then theirs no telling how bad the condition of the food is. ( Update 9/14/22: No change inservice. 8pm and all the employees are sitting in the lobby ignoring the 4 cars in line at the drive through. Didn?t even slowdown, I just turned around and went elsewhere.) Read more

Thank you for staying open late. Most everyone nearby was closed. The staff was so friendly and fast that we decided to tip the... drive thru. They made us fresh fries and drive thru guy was very polite. Honestly the best drive thru experience in think I?veever had and it was 10PM. The kid working the drive thru better be getting paid well or someone will snatch him up. He?smanagement material. Great food and even better service Read more

Waited in the drive thru for 30mins to receive cold food and wrong order. I only ordered 4 sandwiches. I would of just left, but... I placed my order through the app so you can't get a refund at the store if you use the app. The 3 cars behind me just droveoff. Read more

Waited forever to give our order only 1 car in front of us. Too long of a wait on food too for it to be cold!!! The young girl... had a whatever attitude. No apology for having to wait. I worked fast food in the 80's and even though it was JUST fast food,our bosses cracked a whip on us!!! If you have time to lean, then you have time to clean!!! And yu better not make customerswait. If they had to wait, you apologized and offered them something for having to wait. No one takes pride in what they doanymore. I don't care what job you have you give it your all!!! Workers have a so what attitude. If you don't like the job thengo find one you do like. Regardless, a little friendliness goes a long way in life!!! Read more

It takes entirely too long to order in. The staff is so busy they don?t have time to maintain the lobby. If you order a small... fry in the drive through, they will make you pull up to wait with the rest. Read more

Wife and I visited this place this afternoon looking to get a deal on a meal but got fooled. They have this $5.00 meal plus tax.... If you order 2 of those $5.00 meals plus tax the cost should come somewhere in the amount of $11.00 no more. The girl charged me$12.74 way over what it should have been. If the owner of this Burger King does business in this fashion or lets his workerscheat their customers in this way they won't close their doors on account of us not eating there again I assure you we won'treturn.
