Only giving two starts for the food. Overall, it was not a great visit. My mom, friend, and I went there today for lunch. It was... around 2-2:30. There was not one customer in the restaurant. No one was up front to greet us. We get sat, and waited a good bitbefore the server came to the table. Took way too long for her to do anything the entire visit. We waited about 20 minutes for adrink refill and couldn?t eat our food because we were so thirsty. We also asked another server for a refill since we couldn?tfind our server and they wouldn?t even bring us a refill. We all had an appetizer and an entree. The table was too small whichis what it is? but the server never removed a dirty dish the entire visit. She took forever to get boxes, waited about 10minutes for that, then about 10 for her to tell us what we owe, and about another 10 to get change. At this point the serveronly had us and one other table, so there was no excuse. They weren?t slow. She also had absolutely no personality, friendlinessor anything. It was the worst service I?ve ever received and I am a server myself so I know how to treat my customers and theway we were treated is NOT the way. Food was good. Loved it. Loved all the dips with the chips but the one was amazing just don't remember what it was called.
The absolute best waiter. He was working the whole side of the bar area and never missed a beat. Attitude was great, kept drinks... refilled, wasn't overbearing but we never had to ask for anything. I wish I would have gotten his name. Food was great, fresh,hot and timely. Read more
Great food!! Got here around 8:15 on Sunday and the manager asked how we got in the door. I didn't really know how I should... answer but went with the obvious and said, "through the door". He said, "I just locked it 10 minutes ago". He walked past usand tried to push open the door, it was indeed locked. He said, "See, its locked". I just silently pointed to the left sideof the double door, he pushed on it and it opened.... The good news is that the food was good but if you are seeking the answerto any of life's great mysteries then you probably need to stop by McDonald's first since it appears that the only thing thatyou need to gain employment here is a pulse. And YES, Google clearly displays their closing time on Sunday as 10:00. It waseven "Verified by Owner" less than 2 weeks prior to my visit. I'm curious though, Dont I remember these same businessespushing to raise the minimum wage so that their employees can make a living? I guess thats a one way street!! Read more
My biggest concern was that our server and bartender ( the only 2 employees on the floor) were not supported by their managers.... We had to hunt someone down which ended up being manager posted up I'm a hidden corner to get our silverware. The server andbartender were I'm the kitchen and the next time we saw them they were cimg out hands full. The manager NEVER stepped into theFOH!! The bartender... Well bartender/ server/ host/ busser/ foodrunner/ literally everything. I came into eat a little before2. The bartenders ne started with an M. Unfortunately he wasn't our server. Our service was a very nice lady also I'm the barsection, but unfortunately she had to much on her plate. As did he but she was probably newer. She was amazing. We may had to dowithout for a minute but she made sure we had everything we needed. The trio dio was awesome, but the chicken fingers wereabsolutely nothing that I expected. I was hoping for some delicious crunchy fingers but they were awful. They had a tempora/fish batter and we're unbelievable soggy????... And the broccoli had no flavor... Overall pretty good. Had the Southwest chicken soup, very tasty. For the entree I had the ribeye steak, loaded mashed potatoes... and broccoli. It was all very good but for me personally the seasoning on the steak and the seasoning of the potatoes was just alittle too much salt for me. Still very good but I know I can't eat like that all the time if I want to keep my blood pressureat a normal level, lol. But overall very good. Service was timely and friendly. Read more
The food was DELICIOUS! I was sceptical at first because there was a 20 to 30 minute wait to be seated. But the wait was worth... it! Also, out server, Brandy was very nice. Kudos to the entire Chili's staff! Read more
Went here last week with my girlfriend! She had the ribs, I had the sampler. Both were delicious, fresh and hot! We also got the... Santa drinks which were delicious. Our server Thomas was great! Excellent service Read more
