Domino's only pizza me buy have the best thin crust in me opinion 5 star
I order from here religiously and they give the best service. The deliveries are quick, the drivers are polite, and my kids are... always giving a thumbs up after the first bite. Anyone who had a bad review before likely had a singular experience rather thana collective experience. Sometimes we need to take into account there are humans behind the domino?s uniform. Things happen thatare beyond control at times but you got to acknowledge and take seriously the dedication of members that have stuck through itto still bring the order. If I could give no stars I would. The manager Salomon is very rude I waited 45mins to an hour for my food to come when it... arrives my Philly looks like a po Philly steak oven baked sandwich I said light bell pepper and onions hell seem like they can?tread and gave me light meat also. I asked for another sandwich he said it?ll be another 45 min to an hour wait. So I asked for arefund and he said he?ll give me store credit instead so I asked for his full name to call corporate he didn?t wanna give it tome. I will not be going back here anymore! Quick, better pizza (compared to the one in Gardendale), good customer service.
Good food. We ordered over the phone and thought it was going to be delivered, so an hour later, we called to check on the order... and been placed as carry-out. So we had to get out and go get it. No big deal. Just specify which method you want to receiveyour pizza. Read more
Order Run & Done - So easy when you get the pizza craving - found a coupon I liked, built our pizzas, hit order, by the time I... found my shoes and needed billfold for license, paid by pay pal so no need for money in hand, Ran to the store by the time Iarrived it was already done , picked it up and it was home and done all in less than 30 mins for me. I was a bit confused whenordering that if you choose a different sauce that counts as extra item but standard sauce doesn't - but it was good and thediscount for the pizza coupon made it worth and didn't mind too much. We use to order from this location weekly. We stopped ordering from this location because they consistently deliver poor quality... pizza. We decided to give them another try and when the pizza was delivered It was cold ,the box was busted on the bottom, there was very little sauce, The brooklyn style crust was burnt. $32.00 dollars in the trash can. We will never order from thisstore again. Offering a free pizza to try and resolve the issue, so we can get another cold Poorly made pizza.
