This review is mostly for Chelsea, a manager. I've been in a few times and she is always friendly and so helpful. But she went... above and beyond this time. I went in to order catering for my mom's funeral reception and she was so compassionate. Shedelivered the food herself and helped set it up. I was in a total brain fog by this time and I don't think I could have gottenit done without her. I hope y'all know what a true gem you have in her. Give that woman a raise right now! Oh, and the food wasperfect. Read more

I've visited this restaurant twice recently and both visits were very positive. I am impressed with everything ordered seemingly... are done when a order is given. All of my items especially the sides are hot and freshly processed. The fried okra was reallyexcellent and seemed to be fresh okra not the frozen kind. The BEST item I had at Full Moon was the squash casserole. This is anexceptional item and wish it was an offering every day. The Brunswick stew, sliced brisket were All very notable and delicious .Good place for BBQ and a place YOU should visit Read more

If ever I'm in the area (from Ohio) I'd stop here again. Food was decent but the service was outstanding. Whoever the fella was... that was managing on Fri Sep 16 is a real one. Dude looked like Howard from The Big Bang Theory but ate too much BBQ instead offocusing on school. THAT dude! He a g. Had my fried maters up with the quickness. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous. It use to be an issue with the service in the drive thru. Now the quality of food is really... deteriorating. I spend $50 dollars for low quality food. If you are going to increase prices, then why does the quality have tosuffer? Here is a picture of the half chicken we ordered. The other day they decided to mix turkey and pull chicken on a platethat was suppose to be turkey. Read more

Bottom line, pretty good BBQ! I had the two meat plate which included two sides for $17.99. The only complaint I had for this... location is the menu is hard to see while standing in line, and is a bit overwhelming due to the layout and amount of optionsoffered. Otherwise the staff was friendly and quick to deliver food to our table. Read more

The brisket here is usually better than any other place we could get it. My whole family likes the squash casserole. It is too... bad that it is not served daily. Some vegetables here are only served on certain days. So if you have a favorite vegetable thenyou need to learn it?s day(s). Read more

My wife and I were in town and staying at a hotel nearby when we decided it was time for some lunch. Full Moon BBQ was close by... and had some good reviews so we decided to give them a go. After taking a long look at the menu, I decided on the brisket platewith deviled eggs and mac n cheese and my wife ordered the rib plate with mac n cheese and fried okra. We sat down afterordering and after a short wait, our orders arrived without issue. The brisket was a little bit salty and though not tough, wasnot as tender as I?m used to. The Mac n cheese was decent but was cold and the deviled eggs were good but not great. For thosethat might be wondering, Full Moon puts relish in their deviled eggs which isn?t necessarily a critique, just something ofnote. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her ribs and agreed with my assessment of the Mac n cheese. My wife also stated that the okrawas good. Overall, I would say Full Moon BBQ is good but not great. If you?re in the neighborhood, Full Moon is a solid choicebut if you have family in town or are in the mood for exceptional BBQ, I have to believe that there are better optionsavailable. Read more
