I went through the drive thru my Chicken tenders weren't hot enough for me. The manager quickly stepped in and dropped me some... fresh ones. Her customer service was top notch. You don't experience that as much as we should now a days. Read more

Tried Jack's for the first while passing through Birmingham. They did not give a good first impression. Over a 15 min wait just... to have my order taken and another 20 mins to get our food. Definitely isn't fast or customer service oriented! Their biscuitmaker Whitney was very nice though. After seeing me standing there forever waiting for my order to be taken, she stopped makingbiscuits to come take my order. The other employees were in no hurry to get anything done and they were cursing. Notprofessional at all! Read more

The lady at the window repeated my order back to me, but switched the sides. So.. NO ma'am you didn't say it correctly and it... wasn't even put together as I ordered. You have the biggest attitude I've seen in awhile. You shouldn't argue with a customer.Also, the sauce I asked for wasn't in the bag, as usual. Why even bother asking us what sauce we want if you never include it?Night shift is WAY better. Maybe you can learn some manners from them. Read more

I pulled up to the drive thru to order fried chicken for my wife and I. When ordering the lady, Brittney, cut me off mid order... to tell me to drive around. When I tried to finish my order again, she yelled at me to pull around. I replied, I?m not finishedordering. She sighed incredibly loud into the mic and that?s when a very nice gentleman finished my order. He did all the rightthings that a customer service representative is supposed to do. He repeated the order back for accuracy and was polite. When Ipulled around to the window, there was a car sitting in the middle of the drive thru blocking the way to the window. Usuallycars await their order pulled to the front area near the porch. So after waiting maybe a minute or two for the car in front topull forward, I went ahead and pulled around him to approach the window. Brittany greeted me at drive thru window by accusing meof skipping. When I tried to explain, she cut me off. I asked her if I had done something to offend her. She didn?t really havea response except to continue to be demeaning and condescending. I told her that she was rude. I asked her if she had everworked in customer service and she stated that she had been doing this for 20 years. I was absolutely appalled. I paid for myfood. I waited in the correct area near the porch for my food and I asked her what her name was as she is the lady that alsobrought me my food. I am shocked at how I was treated at this location. I will likely never return to give Jacks my businessever again. Read more

I go through the drive thru a couple of weeks ago to order the two pork chop biscuits special. After waiting in line for about... 30 minutes I get to the order kiosks and order. The lady said that the pork chop biscuits were discontinued, I said, "yall justhavent taken all the window signs, marquee sign and it off the website yet". She said I don't know anything about that I justfrom trussville and we didn't have there. I go to the website to complain and ask for someone to call me, no one ever called. I used to like Jack's. Came in to order because the drive thru was backed up at 7pm. One lady was cleaning up and had all the chairs stacked on the... table, told us we couldn?t eat inside although the door said they close at 10? There is 7 ?employees? standing around in theback doing nothing as it took them 15 minutes to make 2 cheese burgers. Whoever owns this place should really consider firingsome people. Several French fries were sitting out under the lights not fresh. We ended up with some of those fries. We also ordered the... new Expresso chocolate crunch shake. Sounds far better than they make it taste. Could barely taste coffee. Certainly notstrong enough to be called espresso! The cheeseburgers were good. Staff were on task and friendly. Read more

With only a few people eating in the lobby and you have over 5 employees working, why is the drive through wrapped from the... window to the intercom? I gave a complete order, the order was repeated back to me. I get my order I was missing a drink, sideof fries, one kids meal out of two. Kids meals were missing their rice crispy treats? We got zero napkins, no ketchup & no BBQsauce from an employee with a bad attitude? she had the audacity to close the window on me as I requested it ???? inside I went?Spoke with manager, he made it right BUT I need him to talk to the staff?. I don?t care how fast pace the job is, they need notto allow their feelings to control their level of service. especially during lunch.. this is what they signed up for, go hard orgo home. Read more
