They are horrible . I ordered my food kimani told me it would just be a minute. And older lady and her grandson were there... before i place my order. Two other groups came and they received their order before my to go order and the older lady that wasthere before i was there. The lady walked out and one of the employee comment was i don?t chase after black customers andgiggled. Its now 2:40 and my order still wasn?t being cooked and when it was being cooked it was wrong. I now received my foodat 3pm after being there since 1:40pm. I wont do service ever again& i will call corporate EVERYDAY Until something is done ! Read more
No employee even acknowledged us after 30 minutes. So we left. The customers next to us ordered, ate, and paid within the 30... minute time frame. 6 workers at the restaurant and not one even spoke to us. And we sat at the bar. It?s ridiculous. Read more
Why is it that this place with a certain cook will close the inside and only do take out orders??? My husband said that cook... does it all the time....It blows my mind that ppl do whatever they want to know...SMH!!!! Read more
Super nice staff, but every single surface was grimy and sticky, including the salt shakers. Ladies room was filthy but BF said... mens room was fine. Food was fine. The place just needs a good cleaning. Read more
So far all the waffle houses I've been to in the Birmingham areas. Have had some quick an easy interactions with the employees.... Very well kepted places, I enjoyed the food never the less. The chocolate chip waffles and biscuit and gravy is what I wouldrecommend tbh. And since Birmingham is such a small neighborhood you never know who you'll run in to. Read more
Went in around 0600hrs. For breakfast and had to wipe my own table off. This place was very filthy so that is why I rated 2... stars. On another note, Staff was good to me and my food was good. Y'all may want to retrain on housekeeping with youremployees fyi. Read more
Wonder friendly waitress and I couldn't have cooked my breakfast platter any better myself. The cook was excellent and... friendly. No attitudes with those too. I love to take both of them home with me to rake care of me. Keep up the good workladles. ????? Read more
First impressions matter. When asking if we were at the right table, the big dude working rudely told my family to ?sit down.?... The server was nice, but asked if we were ready to order even though she had not given us menus (honest mistake, so no big). Therestaurant was so cold that we had to leave before we ordered because my four year old was miserable. On our way out, the bigdude was just standing in the walkway and we had to walk around him to exit. Just didn?t feel comfortable at this location. Toobad, too, because we were hoping to make it a family tradition when visiting Alabama. Read more
