Usually have good experience here. Took a take out and tater tots were drenched / saturated / swimming in oil. Appears as if the... 2 cooks who appeared to be all of 15 years old did not even drain them and in all likelihood reheated them from earlier. Evenour dog wouldn't eat them !! Unfit for human consumption = hard as a rock. Tried to reach out and hope they would contact mewith regards to this as I called to complain but as of now , did not even return my call or send me an e-mail. NEVER RETURNINGto this place and it saddens me because they were usually on point in the past. I guess good help is hard to find as well asmanagement / owner skills are lacking <> UPDATE ++++++++++ I was just contacted by Heather who is the owner and she indeedapologized for our bad experience at her location. I have seen Heather there numerous times and I know she is a go getter whoindeed shows her pride and strength in being the owner / manager and always working her tail off.
