Usually have good experience here. Took a take out and tater tots were drenched / saturated / swimming in oil. Appears as if the... 2 cooks who appeared to be all of 15 years old did not even drain them and in all likelihood reheated them from earlier. Evenour dog wouldn't eat them !! Unfit for human consumption = hard as a rock. Tried to reach out and hope they would contact mewith regards to this as I called to complain but as of now , did not even return my call or send me an e-mail. NEVER RETURNINGto this place and it saddens me because they were usually on point in the past. I guess good help is hard to find as well asmanagement / owner skills are lacking <> UPDATE ++++++++++ I was just contacted by Heather who is the owner and she indeedapologized for our bad experience at her location. I have seen Heather there numerous times and I know she is a go getter whoindeed shows her pride and strength in being the owner / manager and always working her tail off. She will be sending me avoucher for a free meal which is more than generous for our one time bad experience. That is truly what customer service isindeed about and she sure knows that. The service here is always top notch!! The food is always presentable, hot, and served quick! Kristen is by far my favorite... server! We came in the restaurant today doing lunch and it was very busy. Even though they were busy the food came out fresh and on... time. So was in here for dinner (3/31/2022) and the staff were quite bubbly and the cooks were on point. The fries were hot an crispy... and not over done.The chick-o-philly was filled perfectly wit just the right amount of cheese throughout. Well done to the cooksand staff. Read more
