So... A couple months ago I ordered through UberEATS because I didn't think I was in their delivery area, Johnny's pizza that... is. While I was waiting for my delivery, I received a phone call from one of the owners, questioning if I knew where my driverwas because they had come in to check on the order, and then left. He wanted to make sure I was getting the best food from themthat I could, a couple of minutes had passed, after the driver left, when I received the call. I looked at the app and saw mydriver at another restaurant picking up a different order. They, then, returned to Johnny's to retrieve my order, delivered thesecond order before mine and then delivered mine. I was texting with the owner through the entire ordeal at this point, andmade good conversation. I informed him that we ordered there because my family loves the pizza and wings, our only issue wasthe hot wings weren't really hot, more medium to mild. Well skip a couple of months and I asked the kids what they wanted fordinner and it was Johnny's, so I called the store and placed my order, it was, without a doubt, the freshest I have ever had. Not just that, but the " hot wings" we ordered were actually "hot"(spicy) this time around. I just want to shout out Stephenfor making this happen, I am beyond pleased with tonight's experience, and will most definitely be ordering in thefuture. Thank you for being amazing. Read more
Johnny's Pizza is definitely authentic New York style pizza, and we love it! I came here with my two boys using a Groupon and it... is an absolute steal! I can't wait to try their wings and their mozzarella sticks but the real showstopper is authentic,foldable big slices of pizza! Read more
We usually make our own pizza at home, dough and sauce. But, on this night we decided to order from somewhere that had good... ratings. With delivery cost and tip this cost us $32. Personally, if this pizza cost $32 we could charge $50 for ours. Notimpressed. But the delivery guy was very nice. Read more
We scheduled delivery for when we arrived home from a long drive (through a delivery app) Ordered a pizza, cheese steak, and... grilled chicken salad. Wrong salad was delivered. I called and spoke to Grant who fixed the error without hesitation. This isthe amazing customer service that so many businesses lack nowadays. He was apologetic and so kind. A friend and I had pepperoni pizza there today after a movie. The pizza was delicious and the service was excellent. It was my... friend?s birthday and they offered us a complementary dessert. Wanted to give them a chance they have bunch of incompetent kids who try hard but no leadership, i placed almost a 100 dollar... at 524pm order was supposed to recieve it at 630pm food arrived at 746pm 2 hours and 22 minutes Food was ice cold packagesopened not even wrapped properly Sicilian pie burnt Manager says on the we were a little late 15 minutes or even 30 minutes is alittle late not an hour and 16 minutes The kid didnt even know how to handle the situation Food went to the trash Went toMcDonald's instead dont waste ur time or money so disappointing! We had been hearing great things about this place so we decided to give it a go. Ordering was easy and showed up quickly. We... decided to try the deep dish with half pepperoni and extra cheese as the photo looked close to what we would get at Nancy?s.Sadly, What we got is below.
