Zero customer service, and the place looked like a tornado went through it. Dirty tables, empty napkins, no salsa containers,... food on the floor. It took 3 staffers to fill 1 simple order and they spent more time talking to each other than they didfilling the order. It was 7:30 at night and the restaurant wasn't busy. It was empty. That should tell you something. Therestaurant needs a manager or at least someone who cares about the customers. If you have the time, skip Moe's and go to alocally run Mexican restaurant. Moe's is a Tex-Mex place to have a quick meal. It used to be my favorite southwestern fast food spot, but the quality of their... food is not the same as It used to be. Nothing fancy, just a choose your ingredients and the server assembles you dish. Food isOK, considering its a fast-food joint, but satisfies the crave. Chips and a variety of salsa is included.
