I bought a steak home wrecker bowl, the employee that prepared it barely put meat in it, almost half of a spoon of their... measurements. Not to mention I only got like 5 chips, no salsa. I remember better days at this location? Read more

Don?t bother with delivery from this location. Several items missing from the order and ?there?s nothing we can do because you... ordered from door dash??. Door dash didn?t forget to put food in the bag. Good luck ordering from this location. Read more

Zero customer service, and the place looked like a tornado went through it. Dirty tables, empty napkins, no salsa containers,... food on the floor. It took 3 staffers to fill 1 simple order and they spent more time talking to each other than they didfilling the order. It was 7:30 at night and the restaurant wasn't busy. It was empty. That should tell you something. Therestaurant needs a manager or at least someone who cares about the customers. If you have the time, skip Moe's and go to alocally run Mexican restaurant. The service and food will be much better. Read more

Moe's is a Tex-Mex place to have a quick meal. It used to be my favorite southwestern fast food spot, but the quality of their... food is not the same as It used to be. Nothing fancy, just a choose your ingredients and the server assembles you dish. Food isOK, considering its a fast-food joint, but satisfies the crave. Chips and a variety of salsa is included. Monday 6:20 7/25 Time of visit. the staff were trying but you can tell this is very poorly managed Restaurant. At least at the... time I went. It took probably 25 minutes to get a burrito with 9 items ahead of me. This was after a few people left because ofwait time. The staff is all very young and there appeared to be no shift leader present. 4 people on the line, a kid makingchips and refilling ice and a spastic skinny girl refilling items. So six people and your averaging a 3 minute wait time peritem. That?s not good. At the end the line was backed up probably 15 people or so. The bottleneck so to speak was the young mandoing containers/tortillas/meat etc. he was trying but was very slow. While waiting for customers to proceed the rest of thestaff just stood there in their preassigned roles. he was also trying to communicate the entire order to the other staff whichwas just slowing down even more. Also the roaming skinny girl was eating while working around the food which wasn?t great. Foodwas fine. Anyways manage better please. Read more

We used to come here all the time, but it's really gone down hill. You are no longer greeted with the friendly "Welcome to... Moe's!" The staff treated us like we were an inconvenience, never smiled, never made eye contact and were busy filling onlineorders before they ever helped us. They appear to really hate their jobs. Honestly not sure we'll go back. Read more

Maybe they were having a bad day, but the two employees I encountered seemed in an extremely bad mood, and seemed particularly... bothered to have to make anyone's order. I've uploaded a couple photos of exactly what I was handed: a partially wrapped, overstuffed (to the point of being inedible by hand), stack which was tossed on top of a basket of chips, which itself wastossed onto the tray, spreading the chips out onto the tray. My expectations for Moe's in Fuquay are pretty low to begin with, but this experience likely means this visit will be my last. They clearly had no interest in generating repeat business. (Also, there was no "welcome to Moe's". Not that I care about such things, but it's just another example of employees not fulfillingcorporate and customer expectations.) Read more
