First off, I absolutely hate that you can't order from the counter inside anymore. Secondly, their prices have risen... tremendously over the past year. Thirdly, they hand you your drinks in the drive through but don't hand you your straws untilthey give you your food. Like... I know you see my thirsty as through your tiny window Tammy and don't short my on my firesuaces either by only giving me mild when I asked for fire.... needless to say service and food has went down hill. Just went to the drive thru and the lady lied to us and said they can only do 1 order. Um what? How only 1 order, what are you... going to do when the next car pulls up? Close the store? Since you can't make any other orders? Doesn't make sense. We left thattrap of a drive through and got Zaxby's because they're not absolutely ridiculous. Read more

They stopped taking orders last night 30 mins before closing time because they "ran out of food". Not "we ran out of soft... shells" not "we ran out of chicken" they said they have no food on the building. I asked to speak with the manager at thewindow and a young man can to the window and just repeating we are short staffed and have no food. I asked for his name and herefused to give it. 0/10 will be reporting to corporate. Read more

For some reason they are always out of the Mexican Pizza and have been for a few weeks. They asked what kind of sauce we?d like... and then didn?t add it to the bag. Of course no napkins either. When we went in and asked for the manager so that she would beaware she obviously didn?t care. Definitely doesn?t have manager skills. How about ?I?m so sorry, I know it?s inconvenient tocome back and have ti come inside since you obviously wanted your order through the drive through?. Instead, ?ok, what kind ofsauce do you want?. Accepted our large mobile order with 2 email confirmations then when we arrived they claimed they didn?t receive it and didn?t... do mobile orders. Tried to convince us we had the wrong location and after we proved it was ordered to this location they stillrefused to make it. I understand that, but the manager claimed they would refund us and it?s now been 2 weeks with no refund.This was a $25 order so it?s not $5 or $6 bucks that I can just forget about. I love this TB and the RM is the sharpest I have ever seen. Been ordering delivery from here for years with no problems BUT not... today!! All my food was SOPPING wet. NOT drops of moisture from condensation but fully soaked. Was told the food sat for 20minutes waiting for the Dasher. This would not cause what I received. I have been in the ff manangement business all my life andknow what I am talking about. Was looking forward to the return of the Mexican Pizza and was not able to eat what I purchased.If it's the Dasher's fault for arriving late then don't make the food until they arrive if you care about the quality you serve!By the way I was watching the Dasher traveling to my home and NO other stops were made like was suggested by the RM! I ordered bean burritos & my son the ordered $5 box. Menu item did not match price they wanted to charge me for. They even... asked well do I still wanted to pay for it? NO. 10 minutes later they fixed it after I told them how much the adjusted shouldbe!!!Taco bell just isn't taco bell anymore.
