After seeing the photos on these reviews and then seeing for myself what my order looked like, it seems like they are trying to... get it wrong. If you really, really like refried beans then maybe this is the place for you. My nachos had very few pieces ofsteak. And very little nacho cheese that was cold anyhow. And was mostly beans. Placed an order on Uber eats after being disappointed the first time. Figured we?d give them a second chance. A whole hour goes... by a two drivers confirmed that our order wasn?t even being prepared. The location has no number so we couldn?t get in touchwith staff. Leaving this review to let management know to properly train employees on how to use systems as not to waste timeand disappoint customers. I?ve worked at Taco Bell before I get it can be hard; but there isn?t an excuse to just ghostcustomers. Read more
Looks like they have added more and great new staff members to this location. Very good service than before and my last 2... experiences have been great. This is the best Taco Bell in this area. Kudos to the new and better management and staff. Read more
Best Taco Bell I?ve been to in a long time! The first time wasn?t as good but they?re consistently getting better. It?s a new... store so I?m sure they have new workers and managers that aren?t used to it yet. They?re probably short staffed with covid andeverything else. That?s the problem with restaurant reviews. Most people that get a perfect meal eat it and don?t think aboutit. If you get a bad meal and it?s all wrong and you?re mad the first thing you do is get on a review site. That?s why I alwaysgive the place a chance. Read more
I agree with many people on here. I would much rather walk to any other location than eat at this place. We have tried this... location several times. We figured we would give them a few chances since they are a new location, maybe they need to work outsome kinks. Too bad, this place is convenient to our house. I predict this place will go out of business within 6 months.Ordered a cheesy roll up for our child and I wish I could take a picture of this. Bread and a few sprinkles of cheese. To theowner, you need to make better decisions about your business. Your teams need training if you want your business to survive. Ifnot, we look forward to the next shop that will take its place. New location. They were a little slow but very very nice. My order was correct and even got some extra sauce. Be patient with... them as the open and scale. The lady running the drive through was the nicest drive through lady I've ever had ay any fast foodrestaurant. Read more
This is our 3rd visit and the 2nd time our order is not correct. I bought these for my grandchildren. This is a brand new... store?? I am so disappointed in this store. Everything was made fresh with a smile. The manager Kristina, was so helpful, and encouraged all of her favorites when I asked... her go to meals. We asked for the freshest fresh food possible, and man, she delivered. We came back for dessert, as we weredining in the parking lot from drive-thru, and the manager personally came out to make sure everything was up to our standards.We're from out of town, but will make sure if we're ever near here, to order from this taco bell.
