It's hit or miss. If you ask for anything you feel like you're a bad person. Napkins suck when they give them and the fries half... cooked as always gave a weird taste. Like plastic or poison. Read more
FYFFE LOCATION. I was at the drive thru around 9p.m tonight. The kiddos swam until late and I wasn't about to cook so we chose... here. I did have a pretty big order but nothing difficult or picky. I noticed when I was half way home that I was missing 4cheeseburgers. (That was for the kids) So I immediately called. They took my name and said they'd replace my order since Ididn't want to turn around and come back and get those (gross I don't want to eat soggy burgers much less my children). Anyways,fast forward to being home. My husband and I opted to give them our meals since I was shorted theirs. Apon giving out food mydaughter starts eating before I've even finished passing it all out. She then begins to freak out because her mouth was hot. Istart investigating and notice my burger that I had given her had jalapeños all over it! It was definitely not a big jack. Itried calling back to tell them about this as well but apparently it's okay to take the phone off the hook at 9:30pm when theydon't close till 11pm. I'd understand if they were busy but they had literally half the employees sitting at the tables playingon their phones when I first pulled in to place my order. Service can be slow and selective at times. They?ve always done me good, though. My only issue is they never give enough fries.... Honestly a little stingy with it, and that is always a disappointment since the fries are the best part. Read more
Well i ordered 2 steak biscuits and its a good thing i pay attention to my food b4 i start eating. One side of the steak was not... cooked because they cooked it with paper on it. I use to be a manager at jacks absolutely the poorest jack around...ofcourse youtell them what they done and thier answer is to offer u a free one on another day seriously do you think i want anything elsefrom there after getting this cooked and served in my biscuit ..NO THANK YOU Read more
Ordered the featured item Alabama White Sauce Bacon Cheddar Melt and a Bigger Jack with no lettuce. First...the Bigger Jack had... lettuce on it. Second...the Bacon Cheddar Melt had no bacon on it. It was also made with two end pieces of the Texas Toast. Youcan see in the pictures what I ordered compared to what I received. Very disappointed! Our last several drive-thru orders havebeen incorrect and poor quality. The last time we dined in we said we would not eat inside again because of the mess. May want to check the security cameras at the front desk on Dec 4th around 6:30. A young male employee proceeds to stick his... head under the Tea dispenser and drink as other employees watch him and laugh. I think I?ll stay away from this location. Read more
