We arrived at 12:08 and were seated at 12:30? we did not get our food till 2:04! We were a table of 10, but there were also... other big tables who sat at the same time as us and got their food quickly. We will not be visiting this Cracker Barrel again. Iunderstand people do not want to work right now, but there should be no reason why we should have to wait over an hour forfood!! Read more

We had a great experience. We parked overnight and had two good meals. Nicole was our dinner server and Deb helped us at... breakfast. Both did a great job. We were seated quickly and food was delivered in a reasonable time frame. Orders were correctand food was good. It was a 5-star experience! Read more

We stopped here for breakfast yesterday. I asked for a gluten free menu. After going through every specialty menu they had, one... was finally found for dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, it wasn't up to date. And you still need the regular menu to orderbecause the special menu is broken down into each component, not into the way the plates are ordered. They didn't give me theregular menu. I had to use my daughter's. Everything on the menu came with a gluten containing item, even the so called makeyour own plate. It came with biscuits and gravy! You couldn't order eggs by themselves, then add the sides. I was going to orderturkey sausage because that is what was on the restriction menu. I'm sensitive to pork. But I was told it had been taken off themenu. I was told they had chicken sausage, but had no information on it as to if it is gluten free. It wasn't even on theregular menu! I ordered it and was okay, but that is a big oversight. My daughter ate the biscuits and gravy. If she hadn't beenwith me and wanted that anyhow, I would still have ended up paying for it, whether I got it or not. No choice! The atmospherewas like all Cracker Barrels, loud, noisy and echoey. We couldn't hear each other talk over the noise. I've never really likedall that noise! The food was very bland. No flavor at all. Thank goodness for salt and pepper! For what we got, it was alsoover priced. I could have gone elsewhere and gotten the same for a lot less. Read more

I came to this location three times already and they?re cooking is pretty good. The servers whom they serve food to us were nice... to talk to. Their were some instances in which we had a mishap but they fixed it for us. The location is not as noisy as otherCracker Barrel?s during the weekdays at times Read more

We had a good lunch. Looking around the stre and doing g a bit of shopping made te wait to get our table seem not long.we got... there right at lunch, and it was busy. Even like that our wait was not much more than 10 minutes on a Saturday. Good southernfood great options for the kids and at great prices. Love the option of the all day breakfast. Personal preference but did notlike the cornbread, but loved the biscuits and devoured more than one! Read more

It took me over an hour to get my Togo order during a very slow night. I had to ask repeatedly for an update. When receiving it... I was informed that they had no mash potatoes, no loaded baked potatoes, so I ordered French fries. My hamburger steak was toosalty ( not sure if it was the gravy or steak, but all I could taste was salt, every bite. The French fries were hard and veryold, but I was told that they were being dropped. I even questioned them coming out so soon, but was told that they were freshlycooked. The turnip greens were more meat than greens (disgusting). To top it all off I was given biscuits with this meal, instead of corn bread. No thought was put into anything. I experienced a horrible dinner that I waited entirely too long for.SMH Read more

My daughter and I decided to eat here to celebrate a recent achievement of hers. Cracker Barrel has always been our family?s... favorite restaurant. Despite the full parking lot, we were surprisingly seated quite quickly upon our arrival. My daughterordered the sirloin, med well, and I ordered the Turkey and Dressing. Our drinks were brought out without straws. The waitresssaid there weren?t any and I thought well ok no big deal we will manage. We then went on awaiting the arrival of our food for 25mins! Meanwhile everyone around us had long been served. Finally, when our food comes I was beyond mad. My Turkey was so verydry the color was dark and you could quite literally stab someone with the end of one piece?s jagged edge. And, my daughterssteak was swimming in blood. It was a piece of browned raw meat. How you accomplish this ihave no idea! I have now lost myappetite and at least wanted my daughter to enjoy herself. So, I ask the waitress to take the steak back and have them cook itlonger Once the steak comes back, I kid you not if it doesn?t look EXACTLY the same!! I was beyond livid by then. My daughterand I just left after paying our bill and drove over to Arbys to get her something there! Read more
