Maybe being generous with the stars. The food was good, but it was barely warm by the time I got home. They also forgot my fries... on my first drive through, but quickly fixed it. Everybody has an off day, and that may have been the issue. Read more

I love jacks literally love them but this morning whenever I went to get me and my son breakfast we got a double gravy biscuit... (my favorite) and pancakes. We make it all the way home to eat and I take a bite out of the gravy and biscuit my mouth isinstantly flooded with the taste of none other than dish soap at first I thought it was just my siverware so of course I tastethe gravy by itself and sure enough it taste exactly like dish soap I tried calling multiple times but sadly no one answered itwasn?t that busy whenever I pulled up and pulled out. Place was mobbed. No garlic fries, it was mid lunch rush. I walked in and got a to go order because the drive thru was backed up... to George Wallace. And in spite of all that, it took about 8 or 9 minutes to get my fresh, hot, accurate order which wasdelicious, as usual. Read more
Jack's has not only got consistently quality food, but some of the tastiest of all the chains. I always feel like it's the best... value for your money everytime I decide on a fantastic burger meal. You just can't go wrong by visiting Jack's and the otheritems are equally delicious. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the entire store and grounds are nest and clean. Read more
If you've never tried Jack's I highly recommend them as one of the best fast food places. The food is always cooked fresh and... their fries are some of the best out there. Sometimes I just have to stop and get some fries because they are what hits thespot. Today I got the Grilled Chicken BLT Salad. The chicken on there was delicious, did not take like processed chicken butfresh instead. The ranch tatse homemade and is perfect. Great salad to get of you're trying to eat healthy. Read more
First time visitor. Ordered burger and fries along with a peach shake and scoop of cherry pie ice cream. Ate inside the dining... area. I must say the presentation of the burgers in particular was top notch. They appeared to be careful assembled and weren'tcrushed or falling apart. The burger patties were seasoned well and definitely one of the better tasting overall within the fastfood segment. Delicious bun. Fries were well seasoned and had a nice texture and taste. Overall very pleased with food taste andquality, again especially within fast food segment. Great variety of options too on menu. Reasons for taking away a star andonly giving 4/5...there were a LOT of flies or nats sitting on the walls and windows and flying around. Several dozen justaround our table...somewhat of a nuisance. The ice was broken or depleted, tea and lemonade also out. Seemed as if a team memberresponsible for maintaining dining area neglected it. Staff behind counter was super friendly though and was able to get drinksby asking there instead. Just seemed like overall cleanliness and attention in the dining area was lacking in contrast to thedelicious food. Would definitely still recommend, especially if you've never tried it. Use to be amazing now that the food quality is going downhill its so so. Breakfast is ok if you get there early
