Ordered our food and pulled to the window to pay. The guy working the window was more worried with trying to be funny than doing... his job. After singing and joking, he took the money and ask us to pull up and he'd bring it out. No receipt was given. When ourfood was brought out, half of it was missing. He ask for my receipt and was told I didn't get one. He went back in and broughtout more food and told me he was hooking me up. Only problem was it still wasn't what I ordered. So I went inside to get my foodmyself, only to hear him in the back calling me a liar. We ended up handing what food we were given back and getting our moneyback. Got here at 4:30 a.m. on our way to the beach seeing as hours were updated 3 days ago that they open at 4 a.m. just to have the... menus cut off right when we pulled up and told they are not open. UPDATE YOUR HOURS, SO WE DON?T WASTE OUR TIME AND GAS. Read more
Literally was rushing to work one day and saw they didn't have a line so I quickly ordered the meal for 2 cheeseburgers. Get the... food I'm driving now to work rushing there while on the way I eat a couple of fries and wanted to taste the burger. I take itout the wrap , and again I'm doing all this while driving so I don't glance at it, and take bit but taste no burger just cheeseand everything else no meat. At first I thought maybe its just a super small amount of meat then I take another i taste no meatall. The employees are very nice and I love that the restaurant was playing Christian music. But the restaurant was so dirty. Tables... had melted ice cream on them, the benches had shoe prints and the floor was very sticky and needed to be cleaned. The bathroomwas absolutely disgusting, and the exit door was missing a plate cover. An adult could easily slice a finger open when exiting.My burgers and fries were cold and when I took it to the employee she apologized and did bring me hot food. Read more
Updated review!! Again had another rude encounter with the manager that was there on 3-10-21 @ 6:44p.m. I've had more than 10... bad/rude/hateful experience with this same manager!! I am 100% done going to this McDonald's location!! Even though I've hadissues with this lady I still never mouthed off or rude towards her and she still was rude towards me!!! Tonight was the laststraw and the reason this time was over my normal mocha!! I always order a small mocha frappe with shot of expresso and lightwhip cream but put it all in a medium cup!! The reason for ordering a small but in a medium cup is I get a shot of expresso andmakes it all equal up to a medium size cup without having to be charged double the price!! What happened is I got a small cuphanded to me even though I requested a medium!! I requested it to be remade and it was, "BUT" the MANAGER was being rude andonly filled it up three quarters of the way!! I wouldn't have complained if it was fill maybe a tad from the top, but I knew shedid that to me in spite bc she knows me and knows how I lik my mochas!!! I just wished someone above her would put her in herplace and be as rude and hateful to her as she is to her CUSTOMERS and WORKERS!!! Back 7 months ago that same rude manager madea worker at the window very upset bc that manager was hollering and rude to me and after the manager walked away the young sweetlady kept apologizing bc she felt bad going ti get that Manger to fix something!! After the manager walked away the drive thuryoung sweet lady almost started crying bc of that manager at how she handled that situation and how she treated uscustomers!!! I'm just done with this location and will not be back unless they move her to another store!! It's sad it has tocome ti this bc now I've got to drive 10mins.
