We were on our way to pick up our new puppy in Fountain Inn, SC and on the way we decided to stop at this Krystal Burgers. We... went through tue drive thru & it was very quick the lady was extremely nice amd got our good to us quickly! I would say the foodwas really good all the sandwiches were really hot as well as the fries. My daughter had the 3 mini hotdogs and she also said itwas really good. My review seems to be the norm from the Krystal's I've visited between Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. I have 26 years of... military Food Service Experience and a Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. I am writing this review with the hopesof a culture change and Krystal's returns to its roots based on quality and a commitment to a enjoyable dining experience. Thiswas the most disgusting Krystal's I've ever seen. Bathroom was so filthy The employees told me to use the gas station bathroom,dining room was dark and dingy and the employees uniforms looked as though they were gardening prior to opening. SUPER DIRTY. Asa veteran I'd rather eat a cold MRE than anything from Krystal's, ever again. I grew up eating the burgers however, therestaurants seem to have stayed in the 80's and appears to be walking away from the glory it once had. Can't get in and out of the lobby because they've locked it up at the gate you can only use the drive-thru and I asked for the... 10 Crystal Burgers no onions no pickles and I got 10 Crystal burgers that were soggy and had loaded with onions and pickles theydidn't give me the order I wanted and when I went around to get a return they told me that I have my receipt I said yes I justcame through here and then they said left my receipt said onions and pickles so they didn't do their part and take it off when Iordered it without them the food was nasty people just don't care Read more

No where near as good as they use to be. Their cheese fries consisted of grated cheese over fries. The burger has gotten... really thin. More mustard than anything else on them. Read more
How could a Krystal be anything less than 5 stars? I drove 100 miles (round trip) for the treat. I was heading to York to vote,... so I was halfway there already. No, it's not nutrition. It's just good. If you're from up north and don't know Krystal, thinkWhite Castle. 97% the same. If you really don't know Krystal (or White Castle) at all, they are little, square hamburgers. Solittle meat you really should always get the Double. Even then it's good for four small bites, max. Usually three. I got four ofthem this time, and I could have eaten six. Unique flavor. Try it once. You like it or you don't. It you like it, it's worththe occasional 100 mile drive. Crew was great. I took my time, doing stuff on my phone, and didn't notice they were closingearly (5 pm). They didn't try to rush me out, and still made me a shake for the road. Great Krystal burgers, delicious, new & extra crunchy fries. Super nice crew. We travel about 50 miles each way and go a few... times a year since there isn't a Krystal's near us anymore....and sometimes we just have to get our Krystal fix! Read more
