Never "hot and ready" at the Gaffney location. We have to wait forever for just a thin pepperoni. The staff act mad when you do... tell them you will wait. 9/11/22- As if things aren't bad enough, I just went to the drive-thru to order a basic pepperonipizza. I was told there are none ready and when I ask how long it would be...I was told "It could be 15 minutes or it could be30. Drive thru was open so I ordered my pizza..I was given a number and told to pull back around when it flashed in about 15... minutes.. Needless to say I waited 25 minutes and drove back around to see what the hold up was only to be told that my orderwas just put in the oven and I should have called my order in so I wouldn't have to wait????. The guy that handed me my pizzawas rude and upset because the car in front of me had the same issue and they had exchanged words. Do better sir! Read more
Custom called in order, not very many toppings even though I paid extra for a non-hot n ready pizza. I wanted breadsticks but... the woman said ?Ain?t got none? People who came in after us and ordered were getting things out the door in roughly 15 minutes with SEVERAL pizzas. Us? 45!!!!... We ordered 1 pizza. The crust is gross and that was suppose to be the best part, because it was stuffed with cheese. I will Notreturn here to this location, despite this is actually my daughter's favorite pizza. Pizza was not cooked correctly (dough raw in the center, cheese not browned, not spread to sides like Detroit style as... advertised) and pepperoncinis were substituted in place of banana peppers (not the same thing!) The part of the crust that wascooked enough to eat was tough and flavorless. This looks and tastes nothing like it should. Terrible. Update: adjusting fromone star to three since management reached out to learn more about the problem and promised to take steps to fix. Seems asthough employees are not allowing dough enough time to rise and then overloading the oven which is keeping the dough fromcooking properly. No idea why there are pepperoncinis, though. Owner/manager was kind and sent out a gift card for a replacementpizza which was appreciated, since the one I purchased was inedible. Read more
Called the store twice at 8 PM and no one answered. Looked up hours of operation online and saw that they don?t close until 10... PM so I decided to place a mobile order since no one would answer the phone even though this was a big inconvenience because Ihad to call my husband at home to get my debit card information because I accidentally left my card at home (I was at workstill) placed my online order and went to pick up my order approximately 30 minutes later, and upon arriving and entering thedrive-through line I saw all of the employees (3 in total )standing out back around the dumpster smoking. I then waited at thedrive-through window for another 10 minutes just to wait for one of them to come inside to give me my food. I work in customerservice and this is just pure laziness. I guess a smoke break is more important than your job. They are probably ignoringcustomers phone calls just so they can stand around outside smoking. This is unacceptable. In my opinion. Read more
